SHOP RECIPE SAUSAGE-PEPPER KABOBS 1/4 cup olive oil 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp dried oregano salt and pepper 2 large onions 2 med green peppers 3 med red peppers 2 lb. fully cooked Polish sausage Our renovation work is finished at the shop. FRAMING CORNER Remember the annual framing sale this year is from August 7-12, It's a great time to bring in newly completed projects or those that have been waiting to be framed. It's an informational website, so you must call or the shop to order what you want. 12 Metal or bamboo skewers Prepare outdoor grill for covered direct grilling on medium. In small bowl, combine oil, garlic, oregano, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Let stand while you cut onions, peppers, and sausages into 1 inch chunks. Thread peppers, 2 at a time and alternate with onion and sausage, onto skewers. Brush with oil mixture. Place on hot grill grate, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes until browned, turning 2017 STITCHING WEEKEND DATES November 9-12, John Newcombe Tennis Ranch, New Braunfels.
