2 Braai Functions Pricelist Lamb & Chicken On The Spit (Min 30 Guests) This is a traditional whole lamb spit, slow cooked over open coals with our rotating Spit braai Machine. The lamb is basted with our secret homemade herb marinade whilst cooking which takes 5 hours to prepare,once cooked the lamb is the carved off the Spit into serving dishes or served from the braai. 3 Lamb/ Beef/ & Chicken On The Spit (Min 30 Guests) This is more of a modern approach to spit braai, the lamb and beef are deboned, slow cooked over open coals with our rotating Spit braai Machine.
