For an optimal result, always follow the product indications, do not re-freeze the product once defrosted and keep the labels with the code, the batch number and expiry date. PREPARATION TIPS Pastries DEFROSTING Defrost the pastries directly on the baking trays. DECORATION Before baking, some of the products can be decorated to your taste. Others can be decorated once they have been baked and cooled. Use beaten egg, toppings, gelatine, sugar, etc. Use your imagination to offer unique products! BAKING Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated, place the product in the oven and bake for the recommended time. BREAD DEFROSTING Defrost the bread to room temperature directly on the baking trays to the exact temperature indicated to avoid them drying out.
