2 Spring Conference March 22 thru March 24, 2019 Annapolis Elks Lodge #622 2 Pythian Drive Edgewater, MD Annapolis Lodge #622 is honored to have been chosen to host the 2019 Spring Conference of the Maryland, Delaware, and District of Columbia Elks Association beginning Friday, March 22, 2019 and concluding on Sunday, March 24, We are also quite honored, to be hosting our Sponsor, PGER Paul D. Helsel and Jane, also our Special Guest, GER Michael T. Luhr and First Lady Barbara. Enclosed is the proposed agenda regarding our lodge food, beverage prices & services, and housing arrangements. Reservations for housing should be made directly with the local hotels or through the links provided. Hotel information and a map is enclosed and are within 5 minutes of the Annapolis Lodge for all events. We have secured special rates at the local Hampton Inn, 124 Womack Dr., Annapolis, MD 21401, at the rate of $ plus tax. For Reservations, call or and advise that you are with the Elks-Annapolis 2019 and wish to have the special rate applied. 30 rooms have been blocked with a 2-night minimum and 5 rooms have been blocked for the 21 st and 24 th for anyone wishing to come in early or stay a day late, with a cut-off date of February 21, We have also blocked 30 rooms at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 189 Admiral Cochrane Drive, Annapolis, MD 21401, at a rate of $ plus tax. For Reservations, call rooms have been blocked for the 21 st and 24 th for anyone wishing to come in early or stay a day late, with a cut-off date of March 1, And 30 rooms at DoubleTree by Hilton, 210 Holiday Court, Annapolis, MD 21401, at a rate of $ plus tax. For reservations, call For both hotels, request the special Elks-Annapolis 2019 rate, with a cut-off date of February 21, On Friday evening we will have dinner available from 5 to 9pm in the dining room, followed by Karaoke/DJ in our lounge beginning at 7pm. Saturday night we will feature a Surf & Turf (Filet Mignon & Crab Cake) dinner at a cost of $30.00 per person followed by Live Entertainment. Requested Dress Code for Saturday s Dinner will be Business Suit. Reservations will need to be prepaid in advance by Ticket Sales at the check in desk or by contacting our lodge manager, Jim ext. 10, or jimmac1313@aol.com, who will accept advance dinner reservations no later than March 15 th.
