1 May Newsletter 2016 Driving range hours For the remainder of April, the driving range will close at 7:00 p.m. May s closing time will be at 7:30 p.m. The closing is done for the safety of the employees who pick up balls in the evening. Chipping and putting will still be allowed. The range will also be closed on Thursday mornings, until approximately 9:30 a.m., for mowing. Welcome New Members! Sunday, May 1st 1:00 p.m. The junior golf instruction options will be explained including the Oneota junior league and the Oneota skills development classes. We will check your child s clubs for proper sizing. Our club is excited to offer these programs for our future golf stars. Most practices will be held Sunday evenings or Friday mornings in June and July.

Oneota Ladies League 2016 We are looking forward to another great season of golf. The cost will again be $40, which includes handicapping fees and the rest going toward prizes for weekly events.

2 Oneota Ladies League 2016 We are looking forward to another great season of golf. The cost will again be $40, which includes handicapping fees and the rest going toward prizes for weekly events. You do not have to be a top golfer to win the weekly events as many of the events are geared toward anyone (guess your score, closest to yard markers, closest to line in the center of the fairway, etc.) We hope the events planned make it fun for all participants. Members of the committee will be available to answer questions and assist with sign-up on April 12 th, 19 th and 26 th from 5:30 to 7:00. If you miss these dates, you can sign-up at the bar. You can either pay right away or charge it to your account. If you enjoy munching on the great cookies/bars out on the course on Tuesdays, please sign up to bring some. (Even if you are not a member of the ladies league, you can still volunteer to bring cookies.)
