We accommodate guests with food allergies & dietary restrictions. Please check with your guests before the event, so the Chef can prepare the appropriate meals. Please give us their name along with the type of meal they require. Vegetarian and special meals will be charged the same price as the main entrée selection. If you are unable to pre-ask this information let us know so we can provide a menu & special meal ballots for guests to fill out when they check in for golf. Are we able to bring our own alcoholic beverages or wine? We are required to purchase alcohol under our Liquor License. If you are interested in wine at dinner that may not appear on our list, we can look into it for you. Corkage fees are applicable, please ask for more details. When do we need to let you know the final number of guests for the meal? We require a guaranteed number of guests for the Chef, 10 days before your event. If you are unsure of your numbers before your event please give us your best possible estimate. We plan & prepare based on this number. If attendance is lower than the guaranteed number, you are still required to pay for the confirmed number. If the number of guests have been underestimated on the day of the event we will discuss adding more meals with the Organizer and invoice accordingly.
