1 BUILD-YOUR-OWN Buffet Menu

2 Build-Your-Own Buffet - How it Works.. Prices, staff, hire, drinks, delivery, kids we ve got it covered! Our build-your-own buffet service has been really popular since we introduced it back in In that time, we have learned what works for our clients, and we ve put this knowledge to good use in our new menu! The Menus: Our clients almost always order a salmon, a chicken and/or meat dish accompanied by various sides and salads, so this is what we ve focussed our new menu on. You may want to stick to a particular food style or cuisine, or prefer to mix it up a bit, either way, our buffet menus give you loads of salmon, chicken and meat options grouped into different cuisines, along with salads and side dishes. Just decide which menu option you want, and then choose your dishes. There s a hot menu and a cold menu, and you can mix and match between the two if you wish. And, obviously, don t forget the puds! Build-Your-Own-Buffet - Menu Options & Pricing OPTION 1: 20 PER HEAD 1 x meat, fish or vegetarian main course, 3 x salads, 1 x dessert OPTION 2: 25 PER HEAD 2 x meat, fish or vegetarian main course, 3 x salads, 2 x desserts Drop-off: Our cold buffet menus can be supplied on a drop-off basis, all plated and ready to serve from plain black lidded trays and bowls. We lend these out on trust and simply ask that our clients clean and return them to us as soon as possible after their event. Alternatively, we can decant our food into your dishes if you prefer. For smaller parties, we can put together hot drop-off buffet menus which we supply oven-ready with straightforward cooking instructions. We can discuss options with you and make suggestions based on your available kitchen facilities etc. Larger events will need onsite chefs to cook and serve the food. Staff We can organise staff for your event. Our experienced and personable waiting staff are booked for a minimum of 4 hours. They will arrive before your guests to set up, and once the party starts they will serve drinks and food, and clear down as much as possible before their shift ends. For larger events and hot buffets, we can also supply chefs to cook and serve your food. Delivery We offer free local delivery (SW12, SW15, SW17, SW18 & SW19); delivery charges may apply to other postcodes Children s Lunchboxes: For younger guests our lunchboxes have proved extremely popular. Containing a sandwich (usually half cheese and half ham), a homemade muffin (usually banana choc chip), a carton of juice, carrot sticks and grapes, lunchboxes mean hungry nippers can be fed and settled quickly, leaving the adults to get on with the grown up party Lunchboxes cost 7 each. Drinks: We can supply all the drinks, ice, glasses etc you will need for your party, although most of our clients supply their own. We are more than happy for you to do so - and we don t charge corkage! If you are unsure about how much to buy, check out our Party Booze Planner which you can download from OPTION 3: 30 PER HEAD 3 x meat, fish or vegetarian main course, 3 x salads, 2 x desserts ( 450 minimum food order) Hire Equipment We can advise you on the equipment you will need for your event and can organise this on your behalf. We charge a 25% administration fee or 50, whichever is greater, but if you want to do it yourself, we can advise you on what you need, and where to hire from. Vegetarian Options: Generally you can expect around 10% of your guests to be non-meat eaters. In general, this means making sure that you choose dishes that make the best use of your oven and hob so it s best to talk the logistics through with us before choosing your menu. Depending on the number of guests you are inviting, you may also need to hire in chaffing dishes to keep the food at the correct temperature.
