Our standard attire is black shirts and black trousers. For every waitress/waiter or hostess we charge 24,50. Please keep in mind that additional service hours might be necessary for preparatory or finishing work (at least on the first day). An additional briefing (approx. 3 hours) can also be arranged for the day prior to the event. For all staff members, we will charge a minimum of 4 hours per day. Trade show entry passes must be provided by the client. For any event not taking place in Duesseldorf we will also charge the individual travelling time. Please contact us in case of any special requirements or languages needed. Logistics & Deliveries We will build up a team of experienced and professional logistics specialists for you. Our team will be delighted to support you during the exhibition. The team leader will be available by phone at any time to assist you with any issue that might arise with the services contracted with us. Our delivery service is at no extra charge for all orders that exceed an average of 300,00 per day. For all other orders, we will charge 15,00 per delivery to your booth. Short-term inquiries can only be made by phone. Delivery We will make any effort to meet the agreed delivery times. Any delays in delivery and services due to reasons of force majeur and events impeding us substantially in performance or render the same impossible - including subsequently arisen difficulties in material sourcing, operational breakdowns, strike, lockouts, shortage of personnel, lack of means of transport, official orders etc. also if they occur with our suppliers or their sub-suppliers - shall not be attributed to us even if binding delivery periods and dates have been agreed. Liability After delivery of the ordered goods the liability for damage and breakage passes to the customer. Transport and delivery For every delivery or pick-up around the trade show grounds of Duesseldorf we charge 15,00. The minimum order value is 250,00 (net). If your order exceeds an average of 300,00 per day the delivery is for free. Terms of payment All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (19 %). If your order exceeds 1.000,00 net, we will require a deposit of 50 % of the estimated total. We will send an invoice for the deposit. Payment of all goods and services ordered will be due after receipt of our final invoice.
