Using a spatula, mix two gelato parts and create a nuanced gelato. 7. Decorate with RAINBOW COATING. Preparazione 1. Realizzare la miscela gelato con SPIRUL ICE (1 busta + 2,5 lt acqua). 2. Inserire la miscela nel mantecatore e avviare. 3. Estrarre in vaschetta circa la metà di Gelato presente in macchina. Riporre la vaschetta in abbattitore. 4. Aggiungere in macchina 260 gr di pasta FRAGOLA e avviare la mantecazione della restante metà di Gelato. 5. Estrarre il Gelato in vaschetta, sopra al gelato precedentemente mantecato. 6. Con l aiuto di una spatola miscelare il gelato in vaschetta per un risultato dal colore variegato. 7. Variegare con COPERTURA ARCOBALENO.
