2 Since A Sweet Story The history of BABBI is the history of a family that goes back to 1952 when Attilio Babbi started the production of Cones, Wafers and Ingredients for Gelato. In 1958 he began creating Confectionery Specialties with chocolate and Wafers: Viennesi and Waferini, together with many others products, were born. Over the years, several members of the Babbi family have joined the company, bringing on this sweet passion. BABBI is today proud to have an international market, with BABBI shops in Spain and in Japan and keeps having new goals to reach in the future. However, nobody forgets how it all began in a small village in Romagna more than 60 years ago

3 Our Philosophy The quest for the right balance between raw materials, recipes and procedures is the pillar of the company who aims not only at creating superb Specialties, but also at respecting tradition and quality standards. BABBI carries on every step of production directly inside its plants: from the toasting of hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios, to the pasteurization of pastes, from the baking of wafers to the cooking of cones. This is why BABBI Specialties are deliciously unique.

4 Our Values Quality For its production BABBI only uses nobles and natural raw materials that are selected and processed according to the Italian artisan tradition. Each step of production is respectful of the environment and of the nutritional properties of the ingredients. BABBI chooses the best hazelnuts and pistachios and carries out their toasting directly inside the firm. BABBI artisanal procedures enable the final products to maintain the original aroma and taste of the fresh fruits. In 2008 BABBI system of quality was certified UNI EN ISO Passion BABBI products are the results of daily work, commitment, perseverance and passion. And thanks to BABBI passion for sweetness, gourmand pleasure, quality and tradition, the company is now an international leader in its sector. Pour Golose directly on the cakes and then let them harden in the blast-freezer. Fountains: Golose BABBI have been studied in order to be used in the chocolate melting pots/fountains. Pour Golose BABBI in the fountains trays at 25 C. Regulate the melting device temperature at about 30 C. 16
