1 Spring is here and the world is delicious. My heart skips to see big round in-season artichokes, and fresh spring asparagus piled high. Summer is on the horizon as well, with luscious fruits, heirloom tomatoes and herbs in store. At eat well, more than ever before; trends are varying towards healthy, with an emphasis on lots of vegetables and gluten free foods. This makes it a little more challenging to plan a party menu, but we have solutions! These menus contain fantastic, fresh menu items that all your guests will enjoy. Our city is brimming with Cincinnati pride too, and we have some fun Cincinnati tastes to incorporate into your event menu. Our sample menus are designed with your complete event in mind, from appetizers through a sweet bite. Simply take a look through these menus, and pick out your favorites, let us know what sounds like good and we will customize your menu. We are also open to any ideas you may wish to incorporate and will do our best to create a menu that reflects your style and taste, or even a theme. Or, if you are working to stay within a budget, let us know and we ll make suggestions to keep the bottom line on track. We look forward to serving you. 1
