1 Here at the London Coliseum, Benugo s talented team of passionate chefs are led by David Durand. Our menus are the perfect accompaniment to your visit whether it be a special occasion, conference or event. Our vision is to showcase the very best in fresh, seasonal and healthy food, and when it comes to sourcing and purchasing the food we serve, we are committed to doing it honestly and responsibly. We endeavour to buy local, seasonal food whenever possible, forming long-term relationships with our suppliers, all of whom care about the food they grow, rear and fish. We buy our fruit and vegetables from Watt s Farm, a farming co-operative based in Kent. Their close proximity to London means the miles our produce travels is limited. Our British meat is Red Tractor approved, our chicken and eggs are free-range and we have signed up to the Sustainable Fish City Pledge.
