1 Our Story created by the Okanagan Valley OAK + CRU Social Kitchen & Wine Bar is the vibrant hub of the downtown cultural district. Ask them how the Okanagan inspires each menu item; local whenever possible, crafted in house and sometimes reliant on the 80,000 buzz worthy workers on the roof! The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Iain Rennie, core member of Culinary Team Canada who achieved two gold and a silver medal at the 2016 Culinary Olympics. With over 300 wineries in the Okanagan, our ever evolving wine list boasts over 300 labels including rare back vintages, verticals and exclusive offerings. Experience a journey through the Okanagan region by sampling a glass from our barrel to tap wines, or select a bottle from the Wine Experience Centre that highlights the unique appellations of the valley. Our Craftologists draw inspiration from the bounty of the Okanagan and work closely with the culinary team to craft their own syrups, bitters, purées and infusions. Step up to the wood and witness the most modern and cutting edge creations of the mixology world. OAK + CRU was designed by world-class designers mackaywong who have designed some of Canada s top restaurants and bars such as Montecito Restaurant and Wayne Gretzky s both located in Toronto. It features 22sqft of cooking space. on a single slab of refractory concrete.

5 Our Fire Deck wood boards have been handcrafted locally by Frank at Studio Kala. All of the boards are solid single piece, finished with a combination of food safe oil and beeswax; a mix they lovingly refer to as "wood butter". Fire Deck Oven One of the secrets to our Fire Deck items is our freshly made dough. Our baker arrives at 3am daily to hand craft all of the dough our CRU kneads see what we did there?
