2 OUR STORY International Chef Jan (Honza) Malina has opened a new restaurant for the Northern district public to enjoy in Cremorne. Malina s launched in November 2018 and has been attracting an ever growing community of families, couples, restaurateurs, socialites and people who love our menu. Jan (Honza) Malina is a lover of nature and keeping food as close to its origin as possible without over using unnecessary additives. He believes in sourcing top quality produce and ingredients as well as enhancing that which nature has provided for us. Malina s Restaurant is serving old fashioned style food, fresh from daily markets. With a focus on casual dining, a taste of Mediterranean style kitchen, Honza Malina brings a new fresh yet traditional style.
