This year promises to be an All-Star season of Winston-Salem Dash baseball! That s because, for the first time ever, the California League/Carolina League All-Star Game is coming to BB&T Ballpark on June 19. From April through August, we will deliver another exciting season of fun, family entertainment. Our goal is to provide you and your guests with a legendary experience. 12 BB&T BALLPARK SUITE MENU POLICIES SUITE ORDERING PRIOR TO THE GAME The following guidelines should help in making your experience in the suites at BB&T Ballpark most memorable. We ask that you follow these guidelines so that we may provide you with quality service. Orders need to be placed by 12:00 PM ORDER DATE Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday EVENT DATE Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday - Sunday - Monday Tuesday The pre-game menu is schedule based. When ordering does not happen within the guidelines described above you have two options: have the Legends staff process your order for a $50.00 convenience fee, or wait and order from the game-day menu in your suite. To place orders, please call (336) and speak to our Suite Administrator. If you wish to fax your order, please use fax number (336) and include your daytime telephone number so we can call to confirm receipt of your order. You can also place your order online at or to wssuitecatering@legendshm.com. Available 24 hours a day. CANCELLATIONS If for any reason you need to cancel your food order, please notify the Suite Administrator at (336) at least 24 hours prior to the event. No charges will be made to your account. Unfortunately, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice before an event begins, you will be charged for the full order placed. Ordering Food During the Event Day of game ordering is provided as a convenience to our guests; guests can order off the Game Day Menu located in the suite. However, not all items are available for same-day ordering. Day of game orders may be placed with your suite attendant or by calling (336) Please allow approximately one hour for all game day deliveries. Please note that ALL food and beverage consumed at BB&T Ballpark must be purchased within the ballpark.

13 DRINK RESPONSIBLY To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the State of North Carolina, we ask that you adhere to the following: - Food & beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of BB&T Ballpark. It is the responsibility of the suite holder or their representative to monitor and control alcohol consumption within the suite. - Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages - It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears intoxicated - Suite attendants and bartenders are available to you as a requested service to monitor and serve alcohol within your suite SERVICE CHARGE A standard charge of 18.0% will be applied to all food and beverage orders. The standard charge represents a gratuity of 10.0%, which will be distributed directly to the service staff, and an administrative fee of 8.0%, which is retained by Legends to help defray administrative costs related to your event. It is up to your personal discretion to leave an additional gratuity for your service staff. BEVERAGE ORDERING Built-in cabinets and a refrigerator provide the foundation for your in-suite beverage service. Consult with our Suite Administrator to stock your bar with the selection of recognized, quality brand-name products, including liquors, beer, wine and soft drinks, or simply refer to our beverage menu for recommendations. Should you prefer any beverage items not included in our menu, please let us know and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Additional beverages may be purchased during the game through your Suite Attendant. Personalized Services During events, Suite Attendants will be assigned to deliver you food and beverage orders as well as take additional orders. Should you desire special in-suite host/hostess or bartender services, we will be happy to provide you with the staff at a cost of $75.00 per attendant per game. When ordering an in-suite server or bartender, 48 hours notification is required.
