10 Policies FOOD SERVICE POLICY & INFORMATION As you review menus and plan your function, you ll find the following information helpful. BANQUET MINIMUMS Minimum guarantee for a private served meal function is 20 guests. Minimum guarantee for a private buffet function is 35 guests. Additional charges will apply for private banquets not meeting stated minimums. Some dates and banquet rooms may have minimum food and beverage requirements that must be met prior to the addition of tax and gratuity. Speak with a sales consultant for details regarding your event(s). DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS A deposit of 25% of the total banquet charges must accompany a signed contract within two weeks after you make your reservation. Final payment is due 10 business days prior to event when paying with check and five business days prior to event when paying with cash or credit card. GUARANTEES Menu selections are required one month prior to the date of your function. Guaranteed count is required no later than five business days prior to your event. This number will be considered the minimum for which you will be charged. In the event of a cancellation, please refer to your contract. When paying with check, guaranteed count is required 10 business days prior to event along with final payment. PRICING Prices quoted are per person. Children s meals are available upon request. Prices are guaranteed 90 days prior to event. Payment is due 10 days prior to event when paying with check or 5 working days with cash or credit card.
