You can taste the difference. Marmalade glazed whole ham - cloves, mustard & sweetness & traditional Xmas coloured ribbons. Usually 8 10kg in weight. Vacuum packed whole or half ham with the skin on so you can glaze yourself (whole hams usually 8 10kg and half hams usually 4 5kg). Whole and half hams must be ordered before Friday 16 th December. Champagne Ham - delicious Hawkes Bay champagne ham sliced. $40 per kg $32 per kg $20 per 500g ACCOMPANIMENTS AND PRESERVES +Pork Chipolatas small version of the pork sausages. Traditionally served alongside turkey with bacon rolls and cranberry sauce. Made from pork meat only no other trim is added. Available frozen.
