FUNCTIONS AND EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS To ensure that all functions are conducted and co-ordinated in a professional manner the following terms and conditions apply.

8 FUNCTIONS AND EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS To ensure that all functions are conducted and co-ordinated in a professional manner the following terms and conditions apply. Please read carefully and do not hesitate to contact us here at the pub should you have any queries. Functions are generally only conducted for 15 people or more and it is the responsibility of the person/s entering into this agreement to inform their guests of these policies. TENTATIVE BOOKINGS We hold tentative for a period of 7 days only. DEPOSITS A minimum of $300 is required to confirm any function. This amount must be paid within 14 days of making the booking and can be done by using any major credit card or cash (regrettably cheques are not accepted). Deposits are deducted from the final account on completion of the function or when the account is settled. By payment of the deposit, the client agrees to the terms and conditions as outlined. CANCELLATIONS Cancelling a function once the deposit has been paid can ONLY be done by consulting directly with a member of management. Cancellations may also be ONLY be made by the person who paid the deposit. Any cancellation made within a period of 4 weeks from the function date will forfeit the deposit. MINIMUM SPENDS Function spaces have minimum spend requirements. Management will advise of these minimum spend requirements upon enquiry. Management reserves the right to adjust these minimum spend requirements for particular areas at certain times of trade.
