I have more energy, stamina, my skin is clearer, my eyes are more vibrant, I ve lost a ton of weight, and I just feel so much better. Juicing has so many amazing benefits, and we have a whole community of people taking the 21 Day Juicing Challenge. The challenge comes with 5 products: Kick-Ass juicing Recipes, Shopping List, Health-Nut Wannabe s Shopping Guide, A day-to-day juicing guide for the challenge, and a 5-Day Juice Cleanse. 6 Beginner Tips 1. Always consult with a physician before beginning a juice cleanse or juicing diet. 2. Start with a good juicer. Click here to see some of the best juicers for juicing. 3. Start simple. You never want to go too hardcore when you first start juicing, because your body needs to adjust to the amount of nutrients packed in these juices. 4. Reduce your intake of caffeine and alcohol if you are preparing for a juice cleanse. 5. Find the juices that work best for you. Once your body has adjusted to drinking these amazing juices, you ll start to know what works best for you. Your body will tell you what it likes, so listen to it and adjust the recipes accordingly. 6. Juicing doesn t necessarily have to replace a meal, but it can.
