It s the time of illicit gambling, Al Capone, Bugsy Malone, feather boas, silent movies and of course the Charleston! Our piper will be here to welcome you with a glass of bubbly and canapés before sitting down to enjoy a delicious five-course Gala Dinner. Afterwards you will be entertained by our Ceilidh band before the piper welcomes in More Ceilidh dancing and our resident DJ after the bells will ensure you have a night to remember! Group Party Night Terms and Conditions: All event dates are subject to availability We will ask for a 15 per guest non-refundable nontransferable deposit which will be used against the cost of the meal and cannot be used on drinks For Party Night, Spa Package, Visiting Friends & Family accommodation bookings, full non-refundable prepayment is required For New Year and Christmas package bookings 50 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required. The remaining payment to be paid in full by 1st November 2014 Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive all the deposits. If you are paying on behalf of a large group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one credit/debit card The balance of payment for all meals and accommodations must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival pre-orders must be received by the hotel 21 days prior to your arrival Drinks packages must be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings that cancel prior to 6 weeks before your event date will lose the deposits paid. Bookings that cancel between 6 weeks and the day of your event will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved i.e. accommodations, meals, beverage. choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance of payment to ensure efficient service. There may be additional charge for some special dietary requests which have to be provided by the hotel or specialist suppliers. Although dishes may not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a possibility that they will contain nut traces. The hotel does not accept responsibility for nut or other allergies.
