2 WELCOME TO CABANA Cabana is the home of the mighty flame-grilled Spicy Malagueta Chicken. An award-winning Latin American inspired grill and bar, serving up grilled chicken skewers, wings and butterflied chicken in a variety of flavours, plus churrasco steak house specials, burgers, salads and street food snacks inspired by the vibrant Brasilian food scene. Cabana s cocktail menu showcases Brasil s most famous cocktail, the Caipirinha, with citrus, sugar, cachaça and plenty of ice, alongside a host of other tropical creations. The interior showcases the best of Rio, with up-cycled design features and decorative elements such as denim banquettes, Sao Paulo fly poster walls, pipe lights, kites and cheeseboard tables, all maintaining CABANA s urban, eclectic feel. If there s one thing Brasilians are famous for, it s their party spirit, so if you re looking for a celebration, you ve come to the right place.

5 Menu Options Prices available on enquiry We offer a 3 course Carnival Party menu or a canape style menu for more share-ability. We can also cater for dietary requirements including gluten friendly / vegan - check out the allergen symbols on the menus, or we d be happy to discuss any dietary restrictions.
