3 Dom and Moët Rooms Dom and Moët Rooms Hire these rooms exclusively for your nearest and dearest in total privacy and comfort. Catering up to 40 guests, the Dom and Moët Rooms are fully serviced by our friendly staff, giving your event an extra level of class and circumstance. $ $100.00/hour hire + $300.00/hour minimum food/beverage spend. Minimum 2 hour booking. The Moët Room is located at the front of the venue to give express access from the exterior, whilst the Dom Room, located at the rear of the venue has private access to its own bar and is a step from the dance floor. Belvedere Room Belvedere Room A private lair of luxury and liquor, the Belvedere Room caters up to 150 guests in total privacy. This intimate space is totally self-contained and boasts its own private bars, bathrooms outdoor/ area and private entrance with an independent AV system. $ Exclusive room hire until 11:00pm (times flexible on availability) + $ Minimum catering/beverage spend.

Baroq Cocktails Amaretto Sour A slight twist on an old classic; Amaretto, egg white, whiskey barrel aged bitters & a blend of lemon & lime juice shaken and served over rocks. Bahama Mama Kraken spiced rum, banana & coconut liqueur shaken with orange and pineapple juices, balanced with fresh lime juice & egg white served straight up. Baroq Punch A healthy measure of Beefeater gin, peach liqueur, passionfruit puree shaken with ruby red grapefruit juice topped with Australian sparkling wine. Batida A classic sweet Brazilian blend of Sagatiba pura cachaca and passionfruit liqueur shaken with passion fruit puree and condensed milk served on crushed ice Blueberry Reserve Woodford Reserve bourbon shaken with a generous serve of blueberry jam, balanced with fresh lemon & lime juices, served straight up. Blue Lagoon A delicious mix of Havana Especial white rum, Blue Curacao, coconut liqueur, and Lilet Blanc shaken vigorously with pineapple juice.
