Opened in autumn 2017, our Premium Privé Lounge is another rst for the area. This is a chance for customers to enjoy the very nest spirits in the most sumptuous and private surroundings. 3 The Premium Privé Lounge Package offers the following - just 130 for a bottle of premium Gin or Vodka (minimum of 6 people) Choose10 bottles of tonic or soft drink of your choice. from Franklin tonic water / Coke /cranberry / orange juice and Red Bull all served with a range of fresh garnish. Each bottle is served in stylish Gin/Vodka glasses. Our premium drinks menu is the results of meticulous sampling by staff to provide the very best. We aim to be true ambassadors of premium Gins and Vodkas.

4 Premium Vodka BELVEDERE VODKA 0.75 LT Choose from Belvedere Vodka hailed as the world's rst 'luxury vodka', a multi-award winner and distilled exclusively from the nest rye. NOSE: Faint hint of vanilla along with some gentle, soft cream characteristics. PALATE: Full and round with a medium bodied weight and rich, velvety texture. Some vanilla swaying between sweet and savory with a hint of white pepper. FINISH: Good length with notes of almond, clotted cream and some faint almond and Brazil nut characteristics. GREY GOOSE VODKA 0.75LT Or maybe Grey Goose from Cognac in France winner of a Platinum medal at the World Spirits Championship. NOSE: clear, fresh with an elegant oral aroma accented by a sublime citrus note. PALATE: initially soft with a gentle sweetness that gradually envelops the mouth, smooth and rounded texture with a hint of almond. FINISH: fresh and bright throughout with a long, satisfying nish. CIROC VODKA 0.75 LT And nally we've got Ciroc ve times distilled vodka like no other. NOSE: re ned, citrus aroma. PALATE: smooth, lightly sweet and enriched by the natural character of grape. FINISH: crisp and clean.

5 Premium Gin PORTOBELLO ROAD GIN 0.75LT Our Portobello Road Gin is created by the award-winning licenced victualers of the Ginstitute Messrs. Gerard Feltham, Jake F Burger and Paul Andrew Lane. Each bottle individually numbered. NOSE: hot white pepper and heavy berries with plenty of juniper. PALATE: well integrated spice, again with healthy dose of juniper. Soft lemon grass avors with a hint of red berries. FINISH: dry and cleansing citrus. GIN MARE 0.75LT Gin Mare (meaning 'sea') is inspired by Mediterranean culture and made using the nest botanicals of the region. NOSE: mild end clean. Herbal, but not too overpowering. Rosemary and juniper. PALATE: pleasing, initially vegetal but smooth throughout. A bit of rosemary at the front, followed by some orange and juniper. FINISH: long and lingering, with olive and thyme. HENDRICK'S GIN 0.75LT Hendrick's Gin is a brand of gin produced by William Grant & Sons in Girvan, Scotland, and launched in In addition to thetraditional juniper infusion, Hendrick's uses Bulgarian rose and cucumber to add avour. NOSE: very light and fresh smelling. Delicate juniper leads to a savory and lime cordial-led aroma with an understated oral in uence. PALATE: initially pleasing smooth, but becoming spicier towards the nish with rose and sweet citrus. FINISH: long and oral, with rose.

AROMA: intense with scents of exotic fruit, white owers, pineapple, barley malt biscuits. TASTE: soft, very good freshness and avour, medium persistent nish recalling fruit and owers. FOOD PAIRING: ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies delicate hors d'oeuvres of sh, vegetables and fresh cheeses, pasta dishes with delicate sauces based on vegetables and seasonal vegetables. FRANCIACORTA DOCG ROSE LA SANTISSIMA CASTELLO DI GUSSAGO 750ml Grape varieties: Pinot Nero (100%) COLOUR: pale pink with delicate nuances of copper and old gold. A soft and persistent mousse with an excellent perlage. AROMA: with classic tones, which evoke the vine, yellow peaches and blackcurrants. An excellent complexity and slight mineral scents. TASTE: full and enveloping, well balanced, excellent richness of avour. FOOD PAIRING: ideal to accompany rich and tasty hors d'oeuvres of meat, cold cuts or sh. Tartare of veal or beef, tartare of red tuna. Panfried red meats served as a main course.
