After social media checks and repeatedly dining at your establishment we believe that you have four key factors that makes you well suited to join us in this new venture: With almost 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and another 17 years in marketing and innovation, we pride ourselves with our food quality and service innovations. However, we came to a cross-roads last year. With more and more food parks opening up, could we continue to grow and sustain our restaurant business? So we did our homework - qualitative and quantitative research covering all the major food parks in Metro Manila trying to understand the sustainability of this rapidly growing multi-store model. Excellent and consistent food quality A differentiated/unique offering at the right price We can conclude that food parks are here to stay and will be our version of the hawker centers in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Operations expertise However, not all food parks or kiosks will survive the growth and expansion phase. Terminal 8 is our answer to win this opportunity. Strong word of mouth and social media awareness

3 The DEVELOPMENT The whole T8 development is situated in a 1800 m² lot in the heart of Marikina s most vibrant food destination. It will be a mixed-used community hub with the Food Park as its central component. The T8 Lifestyle Hub will feature relevant lifestyle and service establishments such as a barber/parlor, nail spa, coffee shop, bakery, car/bike wash & detail and a personalized travel souvenir store. The T8 Weekend Market on Saturday and Sunday morning will feature fresh produce, specialty products from across the Philippines and top home-cooked food from the Marikina community. The 1,000 m² Terminal 8 Food Park is the heart of the development that will feature 25 of the best food kioks in the city focused on experiential, restaurant quality food from around the world. Its ground and loft levels can accommodate up to 800 PERSONS at any given time with parking for 50 RESERVED SLOTS and another 20 ON STREET. To expand foot and commute traffic, a non-stop Terminal 8 Shuttle will pick-up and drop-off passengers from specific points along Gil Fernando Avenue during the food park s operating hours. 800 PERSONS The Location Terminal 8 is located along Buenviaje St. at the end of Gil Fernando Avenue in what is now the new Food Destination of Marikina City and nearby San Mateo and Antipolo. Marikina has had a long tradition of excellent food and the opening of food parks along what Marikenos call the Engineering Area is unparalleled. What can be said about the city of Marikina? Shoe Capital of the Philippines? Sure. Home of Earthquake Baroque churches? Interesting. Sprawling food haven? Most definitely. Our customers want restaurant quality food that is sulit and that heightens their bonding moments and social status. Terminal 8 Food Park Theme and Design Terminal 8 s feel is a modern airport terminal that serves as a gateway to new dining experiences. It is the physical manifestation of our philosophy that to eat is to travel. What Sets Terminal 8 Apart OUR PHILOSOPHY: To Eat is to Travel Food is not just the way to anyone s heart. It inspires and tickles the mind too. OUR FOOD: Our food is not just eaten. It is experienced. Taste is the priority but food is not just about taste. It is smell, it is sight and sound and even touch. We don t just want them sharing pictures, we want videos. Preferably with family or friends. OUR BUSINESS VALUES Picture perfect - The goal is to use physical and virtual technology to make it the most social media postable and experiential food park in Metro Manila. SpAcIOUS - Unlike the typical cramped and poorly ventilated food park, Terminal 8 will have an open air design with modular protection from both the heat and rain. Trees and greens will improve air flow as well as heighten the open design. Intimate - Aside from the standard tables and chairs, we will also have intimate lounge furnishings for our VIP group guests to enhance their bonding experience and encourage increased consumption. Full details about the design will be discussed after the food tasting and screening. Competitive but Collaborative Each partner looks to be the best not just in Terminal 8 but also among all other restaurants in the area - constantly updated on new food trends in social media and other food parks. We re not just open to feedback, we desire it. Partners not Renters We re not just here to rent out space. This is a mixed development and food it the core driver to visit the space. We want to make sure that we build a sustainable T8 community of partners and customers. Food and Marketing Innovator We have over 16 years of marketing experience, 5 of which as Vice President for Marketing and Innovation for the largest food and beverage company in the country. We ve done our research over the last year and we have a well-tested, solid marketing plan from pre-launch to the next 12 months.
