Seating : 60 guests The King Room After drinks in The Tap Room, move into The King Room and enjoy the straight lines and rustic finishes. Enjoy the same great menu as The Beer Hall but in an atmosphere intended for good conversation. Seating: 150 guests. Perfect for a rehearsal dinners, parties, and luncheons. Weekend buy-outs require a minimum of $5,000. The Bavarian Banquet Hall The banquet hall reflects the rustic charm of an old-fashioned winery, complete with wine barrels in the walls and distressed wood floors. The curtains and overall color scheme allow you customize your event with any number of colors. The hall is designed so that an event can also be divided into two spaces. Choose between banquet, conference or other room configurations. Bavarian Banquet Hall full room seating : 325 reception style, 300 conference and 220 banquet. 2 The Heidelberg Park Well-known for its authentic Oktoberfest, the park is open every weekend when weather permits. The park is a great place for parties ranging from 100 to 5,000 guests. All service (unless otherwise planned) will be self-serviced, traditional beer garden style. You have many options including crating your own Oktoberfest environment. Seating: 1,500 covered pavilion seating (cannot be rented out at peak times without a park buy-out) Approximately 2,000 additional seats in the park, 5,000 festival. Off-Site Catering We can help you build a menu to be picked up or to be delivered. Please keep in mind that options and pricing vary based on individual needs.

The tickets are good for beer, wine or liquor, per your contract. Drinks are charged at the regular menu price. You are charged for what your guests redeem in tickets. Cash Bar You can elect to have your guests pay for their own alcohol drinks. With this option, guests are required to provide our server with a credit card when starting a tab or pay with cash or a credit card at the time of service. Hosted Bar This is a good option for groups where very minimal drinks will be served. We will work with you on your liquor selection. Drinks will be listed and charged to the host on the final bill. Bloody Mary or Old Fashioned Bar Price will vary based on topping and alcohol selection. Custom-Created Signature Cocktails Let us create a signature cocktail for your event.

10 Outside Beverages For safety of all guests and liability, the Bavarian Bierhaus does NOT allow outside alcohol anywhere in or on the property. Custom-Printed Steins A minimum order of 144 steins is required to create a custom logo to give to your guests at your event. A six-week order lead time is needed. 11 Policies Confirmed Reservation: Your reservation is considered tentative until the Catering Contract has been signed and received by The Bavarian Bierhaus with either a credit card hold or deposit, which will be specified on the Catering Contract. Once received, your reservation is confirmed and you, as the guest, will be subject to all policies as listed in your contract. Deposits and Credit Card Holds: Depending and the size of your event, the space reserved and the timing of your event, you might be subject to a deposit of 10%. The deposit is applied to your final balance. All balances must be paid at the conclusion of the event. All other parties will be required to provide a credit card number for us to keep in a secure database to be used only if terms of the contract are broken and you are then subject to provide a deposit (late cancellation). Since the credit card is held in a secure software program, the saved number cannot be used to pay your final balance at the end of your event. A credit card must be presented at the time of payment. Final Count: We ask that you provide as accurate number of guests as possible during the planning of your event to ensure the right room placement and planning. Final counts are due 72 hours in advance of your event. That will be the amount you will be charged for unless the count the day of your event is higher than the final count. If the count is lower, you will be charged for meals, drink plans, taxes, service charges and gratuities for absent guests. Please keep in mind, if your group grows beyond the capacity of the room you are booked, contact as soon as possible to see if we can change your accommodations. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your room assignment. The Bavarian Bierhaus also reserves the right to change your room assignment if your count is dramatically lower than originally planned. Room Charges: In most cases, The Bavarian Bierhaus will not charge an extra room charge. There are special cases that this will be necessary such as peak time rentals, low guest counts for a specific room etc. This charge will be presented to you, the guest during the contract phase or if circumstances change after the contract has been received by The Bavarian Bierhaus. This will come either in the form of a flat room fee or a minimum purchase of all Bavarian Bierhaus services not including outside vendors such as music, linens, A/V and more. Menu Planning: Events with over 30 guests will be required to have a set menu whether it is sit down or buffet. Menus can be changed up to one week in advance. After that time, you could be subject to additional charges if special quantities or product has already been purchased. The Bavarian Bierhaus will gladly accommodate special dietary needs for your guests. Please try to inform us in advance or at the beginning of your event. Menu items are subject to change. Service Charge: A 3% service charge is added pre-tax to all planned events. This is an administrative charge and not a tip or gratuity for the service staff.

12 Gratuities: Standard gratuity is 18%. You are always welcome to add more to the final check if you thought service was exemplary. Additional Charges: In the event services not provided by The Bavarian Bierhaus are requested for your event, you, the guest will be responsible for all deposits for the outside vendor, i.e., live music, lines, floral, A/V and more. The extra services will be added to your final bill and all deposits will be applied to the final cost. Heidelberg Buy-out: Separate policies and fees will apply to this type of event due to the extra needs that may occur such as, extra beer trucks, rental of additional security and more. The planning process and your contract will be specific on all charges and policies. Some can be negotiable and some will be mandatory based on the safety of your guests and our staff and service needs. Admittance to The Beer Hall During or After Event: Your group event reservation does not entitle your guests to enter the Beer Hall. If there is a wait, they are welcome to put their name on the wait list. Guests need to be considerate to those who have been waiting to enter. Personal Property : The Bavarian Bierhaus is not responsible for any personal property brought on-site. Happy Hour pricing does not apply to group events.
