2 Unique Spaces for any Event Our fully equipped 33,000 square-foot Performing Arts Center consists of the Joan B. Kroc Theatre, two dance studios, band and orchestra room, and a large multipurpose conference room. The Joan B. Kroc Theatre has been utilized for thousands of events ranging from seminars and recitals to Broadway shows and fundraisers. The theatre is fully equipped with seating for 540, a 2,732 square foot stage, motorized orchestra pit, scene shop, and support facilities including dressing rooms and other adjacent meeting spaces. Outdoor Spaces Our 55,000 square-foot recreation field is located in the heart of the Kroc Center campus and is a great venue for soccer, flag football and other outdoor sports. The field is also bordered on the south by a team building challenge course consisting of several low and high rope course elements, and a 30-foot tall rock-climbing tower.

3 RENTAL INFO/RATES Joan B. Kroc Theatre ROOM The Joan B. Kroc Theatre is fully equipped with seating for 540, a 2,732 square foot stage, optional orchestra pit, fly space, and support facilities including dressing rooms, adjacent meeting spaces, and catering. Theatre rental rates include technical staff. RATES Weekend Rate (Fri-Sun) $2,400 (5 hrs) $275 hr Load-in/Rehearsal Rate/ Additional Hours (4 hrs minimum) Weekday Rate (Mon-Thurs) $1,900 (5 hrs) $275 hr Load-in/Rehearsal Rate/Add l Hours (4 hrs minimum) Location origination fee (For video and live streaming) Price quote available upon request INCLUDED IN FEE Technical Production Manager 2 Production Technicians House Manager Basic Lighting Package Basic Audio (corded microphones) Dressing Rooms Security Custodians Volunteer Ushers Concession Operations (with Intermission) OVERTIME LABOR RATES & ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT RATES Overtime Labor Added to hourly theatre rate: $75/hr over 8 hrs, $150/hr over 12 hrs Overflow Dressing Room Additional room for large casts- no set up: $100/day per room Equipment Marley Dance Floor: $275/day $375/week Steinway Model D 9 Piano (includes tuning): $250 Versalite Risers: $50-$300 Orchestra Pit: $300 Orchestra Shells: $300 Wireless Microphones (Basic corded mics are included): $50/day each $150/week Lumen Projector/rear projection screen: $450/day $1250/week Concession Stand Rental: $100-$300/day White Scrim: $200 Hazer: $50/day, $150/wk ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS A security deposit of five hundred ($500.00) dollars must be paid in advance in order to reserve the facility. This deposit is required to ensure proper clean up after use of the facility and to cover the cost of repairs, damages or loss to the facility or equipment. All deposits will be refunded in full if clean up is suitable and no property damage is noted. NOTES: Standard rental fees apply for any additional technical and equipment needs. Outside Food & Beverage not permitted. Hospitality available through Kroc Catering. The Kroc Center is an alcohol and tobacco free facility. Program content must be suitable for all ages.

4 RENTAL INFO/RATES Community Room 40 x sq. feet ROOM Capacity of the Community Room is 50 banquet-style, 80 theater-style, 60 class room-style. There is a twohour minimum rental requirement for the Community Room. RATES Community Room rate is $100/hr. Nonprofit rate is $75/hr. The Community Room has a built in projector and drop down screen. (Client to provide laptop and adapter if needed). Rates do not include the fee for banquet tables or linens if used. Basic meeting table and chair set up is included. Podium upon request at no additional cost. Dedicated support staff $30/hr Catering/Hospitality available (outside food/beverage are not permitted). FOOD & BEVERAGE We have a full-service catering department on premise. They are very flexible and can work with your budget and with special requests. Please contact us for menus and pricing. Outside food and beverage is not permitted. If you would like to use outside catering, a buy-out fee of will apply. An 7.75% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage purchases. Please note: alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited on the Kroc Center campus. CONTRACT POLICY The Salvation Army Kroc Center requires contracts for all events. Contract approval process takes an average of two weeks. Along with the signed contract, a 50% down payment is due. The following 50% is due 10 business days prior to your event, along with a guaranteed guest count. 5 Rolando Room 43 x sq. feet ROOM Capacity of the Banquet Room is 180 banquet-style, 250 theater-style, 100 classroom-style. There is a three-hour minimum rental requirement for the banquet room. RATES Rental rate is $300/hr. Nonprofit rate is $200/hr. A podium is available upon request at no additional charge. Tables (include chairs and black linen) are available at a cost of $25 per table. Theatre Style chair set-up is available at a cost of $100. Audio set-up w/ wired microphone is available at a cost of $50. Flat screen video is available at a cost of $150. (Client to provide laptop and adapter if needed.) AV Technician $30 per hour. Stage removal and/or room divider is available at an additional cost of $100. Outdoor Courtyard is subject to availability and fees. ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS (if applicable) Room rate discounted to $600 (for 3 hours) with a substantial food & beverage purchase (set-up fee applies) Room rate may be discounted for multi-event and multi-venue contracts.

Team Building Opportunities Try our team building Challenge Course! Located on the south end of the Recreation field, our ropes course offers a perfect opportunity for team building. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response to all requests. A confirmation will be sent upon reservation. A deposit of $50 is due to reservation and can be applied to the balance, which is due the Wednesday prior. Party fees are nonrefundable. Call for more information. What is the Event Approval procedure? Prior to contract signing, your event must be approved through The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters. The Salvation Army reserves the right to deny any event that presents a conflict with The Salvation Army s mission. Liability insurance may be required. Do you offer Catering services?
