9 Lodging Accommodations Bear Creek Resort, offers newly renovated studio, one and two bedroom unique cabins. BCR has a heated pool, spa, jacuzzi and outdoor recreation area. Most cabins have outdoor seating areas and private barbecue areas Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA Wolf Creek Resort, offers renovated and upgraded hotel rooms, one and two bedroom cabins and chalets. WCR offers the largest sleeping cabin in Big Bear, the Wolf Den, which can accommodate up to 35 guests. WCR has a heated pool, indoor jacuzzi and outdoor recreation area. On site is the Wine Room, which lays adjacent to Stone Summit Vineyard, the highest vineyard in the Northern Hemisphere. Events available all year long Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA Rodeway Inn, offers newly renovated hotel rooms, lake view and jacuzzi suites. Rodeway Inn has a heated pool and offers continental breakfast on the weekends. FSL is within walking distance to Big Bear Lake and to Big Bear Lake Village, which hosts many of Big Bear s restaurants, shops and nightlife Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA Group Room Discount Codes are available and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. All room codes will be established with our Group Room Sales Director, Christina Shepard, Event guests will receive a 10-15% discount, excluding holidays and peak season. Room codes will expire fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

10 General Information and Policies About Us: Big Bear Special Events is a department of Stone Entertainment Group. SEG consists of The Wine Room at Wolf Creek Resort, The Cave, Big Bear Lake Brewing Company and lodging accommodations at Bear Creek Resort, Wolf Creek Resort and Rodeway Inn. Resort Tour: Facility tours are done in our Complimentary Event Shuttle and last approximately one (1) hour and are available through advanced appointments only. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment Cancellation Policy: All deposits and advanced payments are non-refundable. Final payments must be made one (1) week prior to the event. Payments: Upon signing of contract, a 50% deposit of event total is due and the remaining 50% will be due three (3) weeks prior to the event. Lodging Accommodations: Group discount codes can be coordinated with the Group Sales Department. Group codes will be issued to insure guests will receive discount (excluding holidays/peak season) and is based solely on a first come, first serve basis. Group codes will be lifted fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Room blocks are also available and can be coordinated only through the Group Sales Department Function Guarantees: Final number of guests in attendance is required by 12pm, fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled function. This number is not subject to reduction. If no final is given, the expected attendance will be considered the guarantee. Event Scheduling: Please adhere to your event schedule time. Wedding events are strictly six (6) hours long. Guests have one (1) hour to vacate the premises at the conclusion of the event. Additional reception time may be purchased at $250/hour up to 12am. The charge will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. Taxes, Gratuities and Set Up: A 21% service charge on all food and beverage items and a 11% tax will be added to your account. Prices and Labor Charges: All prices listed are subject to change. Confirmation of menu prices will be made by our Special Events Department. Additional labor charges could apply for unusual set up requirements. Event Coordination Services: An on-site wedding coordinator and events team will assist you in the planning process; menu selections, linens, bar selections, event layout, timeline, onsite ceremony rehearsal and oversee vendors upon arrival of the event. Seating Arrangements: Seating will be at round tables of 8-10 persons unless otherwise requested. Tables will be set up in original floor plan unless otherwise requested.

11 Food/Drink: No outside food may be brought in and no leftover food can be taken to go. No outside beverages may be brought in. Special Arrangements can be made with our Special Events Department. If any outside liquor is found on venue site, client could be subject to a $1000 fine. Outside liquor must remain in lodging area and lodge rooms. Wedding Cakes: The bridal couple can bring in their own wedding cake. The cake must be delivered to the facility location. A cake cutting service at $5/ person will apply. Linens: Black or white tablecloths and black or beige linen napkins are included in the Ceremony Fee. Decorations: A minimum of two (2) hours will be allowed for decorating. Any special requirements for your decorating must be coordinated in advance. All decor must be done by client and any special needs for their decor. BBSE will not supply any additional equipment for decor. Candles are allowed inside but must be enclosed in glass. Dark petals, glitter, confetti, rice, hay, silly string, fireworks, sparklers, loose feathers and birdseed are not permitted in any area. Bubbles are allowed in outside areas only. All decorations must meet the approval of the San Bernardino County Fire Department. A fee of $50/hour per staff may be assessed for any unscheduled services needed. All decorations brought in to any SEG/BBSE venue must be removed from facility on conclusion of event. Audio Visual: We offer a full range of audio visual services to enhance your special day to include, lighting, video projection, sound system and microphones. Services: A pre-determined time for setup or delivery of times must be established three (3) days in advance of your event. We ask that the vendors you contract are made aware that they need to contact the Special Events Department within three (3) days if they have any questions, special requests or directions. All outside caterers must provide their own service ware, tableware, silverware, glassware, equipment, servers and clean up crew. SEG is not responsible for any vendors that you have contracted with. All outside vendors are required to have liability insurance. Outdoor Functions: BBSE reserves the right to make the final decision to use indoor banquet space in case of inclement weather on the day of your event. All receptions must conclude by 11pm at the Events Center and must be moved inside by 11pm at the Wine Room. Parking: Complimentary self parking is available at all SEG facilities. Parking Attendants will be required at events with 100+ guests. Parking Attendants are $100/per attendant/event. Media: Stone Entertainment Group and Big Bear Special Events reserves the right to use imagery from any Special Event for marketing and promotional purposes. Final Billing: Any final charges incurred during the event will be settled on the date of the event. Any service performed during event that was unscheduled will be charged to the credit card on file.
