2 Green, Seasonal, and Local A hearty effort has been made to bring local, organic, and sustainable products to your table. From disposable tablewares made from plant products, to the support of local food vendors and wineries, our catering services are eco-friendly. We are committed to conducting our business in an environmentally responsible manner. It is our policy to champion and support the conservation efforts of the Cincinnati Zoo and educate our guests, vendors, and our employees to continuously improve our environmental and social performance. Terms and Conditions Guarantee A minimum guest count, or guarantee, along with confirmation of event details is due 5 business days prior to the event in order to ensure time for ordering and preparation. This information will be considered the basis for billing and planning purposes. After the guarantee date, increases up to 20% will be accommodated. Increases in excess of that amount are subject to availability of necessary materials and may incur expedited delivery charges. Please note that Taste of the Wild Catering will prepare for the number of guests specified. Any overage desired should be built into the guest count given. A guaranteed count may not be decreased. Taste of the Wild Catering will bill for the amount guaranteed or the actual number served, whichever is greater. The preferred method for transmitting the guarantee is via to your Sales Representative. Menu Pricing All menu prices are subject to 19% service charge and 6.5% sales tax. Buffet prices are based on one trip through per guest. Quoted prices will not be increased for events booked within 6 months of the event date. For events booked further than 6 months in advance, prices will not be increased more than 10% from the original quote.

Includes orange juice, coffee (regular & decaffeinated) & herbal tea. Healthy Choice Breakfast Sliced fresh seasonal fruits, dried cherries, sliced banana, toasted granola, vanilla yogurt, sliced almonds & raisins. Includes orange juice, coffee (regular & decaffeinated) & herbal tea. All-Day Beverage Service (up to 8 hours) Coffee (regular & decaffeinated), herbal tea, ice water, iced tea & assorted canned sodas. 4-Hour Hot Beverage Service Coffee (regular & decaffeinated), & herbal tea. 4-Hour Cold Beverage Service Assorted canned sodas, ice water, & iced tea. BEVERAGE OPTIONS Make-Your Your-Own Trail Mix Station SNACK BREAKS (Groups Under 25 Guests Subject To Approval) Granola, raisins, chocolate pieces, mixed nuts, pretzel twists, & dried fruits. Rejuvenation Station Selection of whole fruit, dessert bars, brownies, & individually bagged peanuts. Snack Attack Station Individual bags of assorted chips & pretzels, plus a selection of fresh-baked cookies.

6 LUNCH BUFFETS (Groups Under 25 Guests Subject To Approval) Ice Water & Iced Tea Included Balsamic Grilled Chicken Mixed greens salad with balsamic vinaigrette, grilled marinated chicken breast topped with a fresh tomato concasse, parmesan mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetable sauté, rolls & butter. Build-Your Your-Own Burger Bar 1/3-pound burgers with an array of toppings & condiments: sliced cheese assortment, bacon strips, red onions, caramelized onions, sliced avocados, lettuce, tomato, pickle slices, Dijon horseradish aioli, mustard, mayo, ketchup, & BBQ sauce. With cole slaw & kettle chips as sides. Grilled Chicken Breasts and Veggie Burgers can be added. Wrappers Platter Baja chicken wrapper, Asian beef wrapper, smoked turkey-bacon club wrapper & roasted veggie wrapper. Accompanied by soup of the day, Caesar salad, & bowtie pasta salad. Cincy Field Barbecue Montgomery Inn BBQ pulled pork sliders, Cincinnati style chili with pasta, coney dogs, shredded cheese, diced onions, hot sauce, & oyster crackers. Accompanied by house made kettle chips with BBQ sauce, & creamy coleslaw. Salad Bar & Grill Mixed greens salad & Caesar salad with a selection of cold & hot toppings. Includes these cold toppings: tomatoes, red onions, green onions, cucumber slices, green peppers, diced apples, walnuts, sliced mushrooms, croutons, parmesan cheese, & Swiss cheese. Select from these hot topping options: sliced grilled chicken, sliced grilled flank steak, & roasted salmon. Accompanied by ranch, Italian, raspberry, & French dressings, plus rolls & butter. With 2 hot toppings,, or with 3 hot toppings, and soup of the day can be added. Little Italy Please choose two: baked mostaccioli, Italian sausage with peppers, chicken parmesan, vegetable or meat lasagna. Accompanied by Italian green salad with red wine vinaigrette, garlic breadsticks, parmesan cheese, & red pepper flakes. For bars billed on the basis of drink tickets, the pricing is as follows: $4.50 per ticket for bars with the basic beer & wine selection $5.00 per ticket for bars with the standard beer, wine, & liquor selection $5.50 per ticket for bars with the premium beer, wine, & liquor selection Set-Up Fees & Supplemental Staffing Charges **The same set-up and staffing policies apply to both host and cash bars.** 1 bartender will be provided per 100 guests at no charge. Staffing charges must be applied if additional staff is required.

19 Rental Services Table Linen Services Black square linen is provided as a standard for guest seating tables. One linen for every eight guests is included for seating with the purchase of a meal. Additional square linen, if needed, are available. An upgrade to floor-length black linen can be provided. Black floor-length linen is provided as a standard for all buffet and beverage station tables with the purchase of a meal, as well as for two more tables of your choice, at no charge. Additional floor-length black linen may be rented. Floor-length black linen for standing high-top cocktail tables are available. White linen may be substituted for black by request. Black or white cloth napkins are provided as a standard for all meals with china service at no charge. Select additional napkin colors are available by request. Specialty rental linen may be provided in a variety of sizes, patterns, & colors. Pricing provided upon request. China and Glassware Services China service, with house gold-rim ivory china pattern, basic flatware and glassware, is included in the price of served, plated meals for parties of up to 125 guests. House china & flatware service for buffet meals is available for up to 125 guests. China service for each guest above 125 can be made available for a rental charge. Basic house glassware service for bars or beverage stations is available regardless of group size. Eco-friendly disposable products will be provided at no charge with any meal or beverage service should china or glassware service not be desired. Options for china, flatware, & glassware upgrades are available in a multitude of styles. Ask one of our sales representatives for a quote on pricing to fit your theme.
