1 Welcome to dinner at the Thanks for joining us today! Our building holds a little place in local history. The front portion of this building was built in the early 1900 s on Omak s Main Street. Back then the building was known as the White Elephant; it housed Omak s original soda pop bottling plant, Omak Beverages. We still hear stories about summer jobs spent within this building, and about families picking up cases of Wonder Orange for a special fizzy treat. In 1941, to make room for the Omak Post Office, the building was moved back one block to its present location. Since 1981 this historic building has been home to the Breadline Cafe. The restaurant began in the back of the building and eventually expanded into what you see today. Many of our customers have been with us since the beginning, moving favorite tables as we took over the building. The kitchen and bakery are open for your perusal and there is also a market to visit in the back. The artwork on the cover of this menu is derived from an original piece by Ric Gendron of Spokane, WA. Wander the cafe and check out our gallery walls, featuring everything from original artwork to photos of past performers. We hope your dinner reminds you of a good meal in a friend s home..

2 Entrees All entrees are served with fresh seasonal vegetables. They also include our fresh made breads, garlic butter, and your choice of soup or salad. Our Asian inspired dishes feature wok-fired vegetables, stir fried in our own peanut sauce.
