11 General Booking Information for the Bride and Groom Deposits and Final Payment Policy In addition to an executed copy of the wedding contract, Glen Eagle Golf Club requires a nonrefundable first deposit of $ in order to finalize your reservation. The second deposit will be due 60 days before your event will be held. The final payment is due 7 (seven) days prior to the day of the event. Any charges during the course of your wedding will be invoiced the next business day after the event and the amount is due within 15 days of the event. Methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard or certified cheque made payable to Glen Eagle Golf Club. Tentative Holds Glen Eagle Golf Club is pleased to hold a date tentatively for you. The date will be held for a maximum of fourteen (14) days until automatically released. Should Glen Eagle Golf Club receive an inquiry for your tentative date and the client is ready to place a deposit, you will be given twenty-four (24) hours to either confirm the date with a deposit or forgo the date. Attendance Minimum Ceremony Glen Eagle Golf Club holds attendance minimums for June and September only, where a minimum of one-hundred and seventy-five (175) guests are required to attend with booking. A fee of $ will be applied for a ceremony at Glen Eagle when booked with a reception. Should whether not permit use of the outdoor ceremony space, the ceremony will be set up in the banquet room. Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation twelve (12) months prior to the reserved event date, the deposit will be fully refunded. In the event of a cancellation less than twelve (12) prior to the reserved event date, the deposit will be retained by Glen Eagle Golf Club. Final Menu and Confirmation of numbers Menu selections and the final number of guests must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your wedding day along with all final details. The confirmed number of guests will be the minimum number invoiced. Should numbers decrease less than two (2) weeks prior to the event or on the day of, the 2-week prior confirmed number will be billed as is. ~ 11 ~

12 Provincial Liquor Laws Glen Eagle is responsible for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages as by the liquor laws of Ontario. All liquor served during your event must be purchased under the Glen Eagle Golf Club license. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from the premise. Glen Eagle Golf Club reserves the rights to refuse alcohol to any guest at any time. No alcohol will be served prior to 11:00am or after 2:00am in accordance with regulations developed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (ACGO). SOCAN Fee A $59.17 fee + HST will be applied to your invoice and is not included in the package price. Damages and Lost Items Glen Eagle Golf Club reserves the right to oversee and control all private functions held on the premises. Conveners are responsible for their guests and their actions. Any damages to the facility will be charged accordingly. Glen Eagle Golf Club does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items or damage to equipment outside of its legal obligations. Third Party Vendors, Contractors and Entertainment Glen Eagle Golf Club does not assume any responsibility or guarantees of third party goods, services or equipment brought onto the premise. Glen Eagle Golf Club must be advised of all vendors and entertainers being provided by the host for any function. Glen Eagle Golf Club asks to be advised of the details of any deliveries. Pricing and Taxes Glen Eagle Golf Club s Winter Wedding rates starting from $65.00 per person Glen Eagle Golf Club s June and September Wedding rates starting from $85.00 per person (minimum 175 guests) Glen Eagle Golf Club s May, July, August and October Wedding rates starting from $75.00 per person Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking and signing a contract.
