2 STYLE Abby Park weddings are strictly non-traditional. If you are looking for round 8- person linen dressed tables with centerpieces and assigned seating, then Abby Park is not a good match. AP weddings are designed instead to be fun parties with passed appetizers, buffet dinners and a casual, comfortable vibe. We are not a staid catering hall, but a warm, welcoming place for friends and family to celebrate. Table service and assigned seating is available for VIP guests, but try to convey to your guests that they are invited to a great party simply disguised as a wedding. CEREMONY TIMING FOOD DRINKS SERVICE DEPOSITS Abby Park can host your casual ceremony, serve as a rainy day backup, or function simply as the site of your reception. Ceremony seating is available, but limited for your guests. The Saturday and Sunday afternoon package is 12-5pm throughout the year, with a few date limitations. Certain Saturday and Sunday evenings in July and August are also available. A Summer evening wedding is $12K and is 5 hours. Executive chef Tony Derienzo is the creative force behind Abby Park s innovative and unique menus. This hold true for our wedding food it should be a centerpiece, not an afterthought! The sample menus included in this package have limited customization options but we can accommodate those with dietary restrictions and vegan or vegetarian preferences. Our extensive beer list is a real treat for your guests. Featuring local and unique imported brews, your wedding will feature a wide variety of options. Offering the best in affordable wines and well liquor your guests can still enjoy their favorite drinks all party long. Our staff provides engaging, gracious and individualized service to each and every guest that chooses Abby Park. Everyone understands the importance of your big day, and we want it to be absolutely perfect. We staff at levels that ensure you and every guest are comfortable and cared for. The deposit for the special wedding package is $2,500 with the option to pay the balance monthly up until 3 days prior to your event. Deposits are 50% refundable more than 6 months prior to the wedding, 25% refundable between 3 and 6 months prior to the wedding and non-refundable within three months of the wedding. SUBSTITUTIONS Changes and alterations to the special Saturday and Sunday package are limited it is a fantastic party at a fantastic price!
