7 **Upon Request** A Dessert Station Is Available, Prepared By Ferrante s Signature Catering Pastry Chef. INFORMATION The synagogue will provide all necessary tables, chairs, dinnerware, silverware, beverage ware and menu service. Any rentals will be invoiced to the host. Ferrante s Signature Catering will provide all service staff for kitchen, set-up, service and clean up. The host will supply and make all the arrangements for table centerpieces and candles if they choose to. OTHER FEES *Llinens, if desired, will be priced separately *Carbonated beverages (assorted soda flavors) $2.00 per guest *Dishwasher for china plate ware service $20.00/per hour. A (4) hour minimum for each 100 guests *Incidentals such as hand washing napkins, candles and etc. will be approved by and billed to host Wine: Ferrante s wine list is available along with kosher wine selections Bartender Fees: $25.00/per hour. A (4) hour minimum for each 100 guests All contracts are priced for wait staff at a minimum (4) hours. Additional hours of service will be priced at $20/per hour - per wait person. The host will be responsible for any and all synagogue, room, kitchen and rabbinical fees. A Service Charge of 20% + Sales Tax of 5.6% will be added to the final bill. Please Note! Prices & Menu s Subject to Change! TERMS To guarantee our availability for your event, we ask for a $ non-refundable deposit. Thirty (30) days prior to event date we request 50% of the estimated total bill. We will invoice you at that time. The balance will be due three (3) days prior to the event date. Any additional charges or refunds will be taken care of the Monday following the event.
