This romantic venue has been purpose-built for events, and includes all you ll need to create your perfect civil ceremony and wedding reception. The venue interior has been designed with flexibility in mind. A neutral ivory colour scheme lends itself perfectly to any wedding design, whether you re looking to create the ultimate in traditional celebrations or would prefer a contemporary look for your special day. Welcome guests with a drinks reception in the private gardens, or inside in The Conservatory s reception room, where guests can enjoy stunning views of the garden. Conveniently located within a few minutes of the A3 and M25 in Cobham, Surrey and just a stone's throw away from Weybridge, Guildford, Leatherhead, Woking, Dorking and Kingston, The Conservatory at Painshill is ideal for any special event and is one of the best venues in Surrey. Following your drinks reception invite guests into the dining room to enjoy a sumptuous wedding breakfast provided by our preferred caterer Create Food & Party Design. This award-winning caterer is experienced in prestigious weddings large and small, and offers a huge range of options from delicate canapés to heartier standing options such as bowl food, as well as food stalls, BBQs and indulgent seated dinners. Create Food & Party Design offers a range of seasonal menus, as well as bespoke options should you wish to design your own wedding menu.

If you have a preferred production company that you would like to work with, this will need to be discussed and approved in advance.

We are happy to allow acoustic bands, however amplified music is measured by a sound limiter. Live music and speeches must finish by 11.00pm.

Should you have any additional technical requirements, they will be happy to quote accordingly using their extensive knowledge of the venue. If you have a preferred production company that you would like to work with, this will need to be discussed and approved in advance. LOCATION COMING BY CAR Painshill is conveniently located just off the A3, near to junction 10 of the M25. Exit the A3 at the 'Painshill' interchange signposted for Cobham and Weybridge.

9 LOCATION COMING BY CAR Painshill is conveniently located just off the A3, near to junction 10 of the M25. Exit the A3 at the 'Painshill' interchange signposted for Cobham and Weybridge. Follow the A245 towards Cobham and after passing the BMW garage, turn right at the mini-roundabout. The main visitor s car park can be found 200m on the right hand side. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The above car park is locked at 4pm and so for the majority of the events held in The Conservatory, our alternative entrance is used. This is located on Portsmouth Road (A245 towards Cobham), 150m on the right hand side after leaving the A3 roundabout. Please do check with your event organiser before arrival as to which car park will be in use. COMING TO PAINSHILL BY RAIL Our nearest train station is Cobham & Stoke D'Abernon - approximately 2.5 miles from Painshill. There is a taxi rank at the station. ACCOMODATION Whilst we have no overnight accommodation at Painshill, we work very closely with local hotels in the Cobham area in providing special offers or reduced rates for our clients. Our main hotel partners are within just 2 miles of the venue. IMPORTANT NOTES All prices within this proposal are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. You may provisionally hold a date with no obligation however dates are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 1, VAT is payable on booking along with a refundable damage deposit fee of 500 (non VATable) which must be returned with a signed copy of the contract and terms and conditions to secure your date.
