Kopan Ramen made its first appearance at Fullerton in 2013 and shortly was listed to be one of the Top 5 Ramen Spots in OC.

Our success was accomplished with our main dish which is a Japanese noodle soup called Tonkotsu (豚骨, pork bone) Ramen.

This method allows us to extract the full flavors from our high-quality pork bones, resulting in a robustly rich and cloudy broth.

1 Kopan Ramen made its first appearance at Fullerton in 2013 and shortly was listed to be one of the Top 5 Ramen Spots in OC. Since then, word of mouth went around and we have been receiving a lot of attention and love! Kopan Ramen has been expanding all over Southern California with many more locations to come. Our success was accomplished with our main dish which is a Japanese noodle soup called Tonkotsu (豚骨, pork bone) Ramen. The broth is created the traditional way by boiling pork marrow bones and fat in high heat for 16 hours. This method allows us to extract the full flavors from our high-quality pork bones, resulting in a robustly rich and cloudy broth. We also use customized thin noodles to complement the gelatinous characteristics of our broth. Kopan Ramen has set the trend of customizing your own ramen. We know that everyone has different wants and needs which is why we offer a Build your own Ramen option. And for those who can t decide, we have specialty ramen choices to choose from!
