2 ACCOUNTS NEW ACCOUNTS We require pre-pay by credit card or COD while we take up your references. For small volume of business, we prefer this method as credit accounts are costly to maintain. STANDARDS CREDIT ACCOUNTS Our standard credit account terms are payment 30 days from date of invoice, being subjected to a satisfactory credit check and internal approval. PRICES In order to keep the price for each item as low as possible, our prices quoted are for goods collected from our warehouse. We are open to customers from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. We reserve the right to change prices without notice to allow for market price changes and exchange rate fluctuations. All prices exclude VAT. + Denotes items where VAT must be added. The title of our goods passes to our customers only upon receipt of payment in full. ORDER HOW TO ORDER You can place an order, using the products codes, by any of the following ways: orders@ibericaspanishfood.co.uk Orders received before 1pm should be dispatched same day, for Next Working Day Delivery. Our minimum order is 75. Weights & capacities listed should be verified before ordering. Orders received from overdue accounts may be held without notice. No claim will be entertained in respect of damaged goods or lost in transit unless notice is received in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We cannot be held responsible for damaged goods received but not signed for as such. DELIVERY We use overnight courier for nationwide deliveries. Orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 1pm, are usually shipped on the same day and will be received the next working day. For our established customers, we are able to offer free UK mainland delivery when ordering over 300 on a regular basis. Otherwise, shipping is 4.99 up to 20kg, 26 pence per kg thereafter. SUPPORT TRAINING We can provide product training for your staff. Our commitment is to work in collaboration with the manager in order to always offer the best presence of our products. TASTING AND SAMPLING In collaboration with the deli store team, our local sales representative can provide directions on how to prepare samples and support in store sales by sampling our products to your customers. HAM CARVING We can provide you with a ham carver master to train your staff and support the introduction and sale of whole hams and cured meats. Our portfolio includes more than 250 unique products, from 50 different suppliers that have been carefully selected in person. We travel frequently to Spain to renew and strengthen our relationships with our suppliers, many of whom are dedicated family businesses that have farmed for generations. Our product line includes the best products from each region of Spain; Iberico Bellota Ham from the Black Iberian Pig living free-range in the meadows of Extremadura, traditional Manchego cheese, authentic chorizo, extra virgin olive oil, olives, vegetables preserves, spices and typical sweets in both retail and catering size, to meet the needs of both, delis and restaurants. We are based in Burgess Hill, where we have cold rooms for refrigerated products as well as an industrial catering kitchen for training and tasting. We hold a 5 star hygiene rating and our premises have been approved for food preparation by the local authority. We have built an exceptional reputation through an honest and sincere approach to our customer needs combining excellent service and quality, at a competitive price. We work with many of the best restaurants in Sussex and London, including independent Spanish restaurants and tapas bars, hotels, wholesalers, catering businesses as well as deli shops and farms shops which seek to provide authentic Spanish flavors to their customers.
