Fruits are cylindrical, uniformly purple with rounded fruit apex. The average fruit length and diameter of Sikat is cm and 3.64 cm, respectively. Sikat has prostrate plant growth habit. Around 12 fruits of Sikat is needed to make a kilogram. The stem has strong anthocyanin and medium hairiness. Its flower has medium purple color with violet petioles. The greenish purple leaf blades show intermediate lobing and intermediate blade tip angle. Its calyx have very few prickles and with medium anthocyanin intensity. Sikat has intermediate field reaction to EFSB; generally moderately resistant to resistant field reactions against aphids, broad spider mites, thrips and moderate to intermediate field reaction to red spider mites and leafhoppers of eggplant hybrid variety Sikat with Morena, Tanglaw and Tanyag in at least one cropping season. Sulit fruits are slim, slightly curved, and uniformly purple with protruded apex, and have strong glossiness at harvest. The average fruit length and diameter of Sulit is about 24 cm and 3.30 cm, respectively. Around 10 fruits of Sulit is needed to make a kilogram. Its calyx have very few prickles and with medium anthocyanin intensity. In general, Sulit has intermediate to moderate level of resistance to field infestation of aphids, broad and red spider mites, thrips, and leafhoppers. Anthocyanin coloration in the calyx is present but weak. The purple fruits are uniformly elongated, fruit is uniformly cylindrical, purple, short (around 19 cm) and diameter (3.5 cm) is wider than Mara, with round apex. On average, a total of 15 fruits of Tanyag constitute a kilogram of produce. Glossiness of marketable fruits is intermediate to strong during harvest.
