Which is always a good time to look back and reflect on what the year has given us. How has this year been for you? What would you like to see changed for next year? 2018 is just around the corner. A brand new year full of opportunity, a fresh start. Take with you what you need leave behind what you don t. Our menu this month is a reflection of this year, we choose some of the most popular dishes of the year and we also got inspired by the festive season, which it is after all. 2 Breakfast available between 9:00 and 13:00. BRUNCH MENU SUNDAYS ONLY 10:00 to 13:00 Lunch available between 12:00 and 15:00. Sides, soups, toasts and snacks available all day. BREAKFAST: GRANOLA IN A JAR This jar has three layers. 1: Homemade granola: rolled oats/coconut oil/agave syrup/ pumpkin seeds/almonds 2: berries. 3: homemade coconut yogurt. 5.50/6.00 (0.50 deposit for glass jar which you can keep or return) TA/ SF/ SOYF BOM DIA: Toast with homemade vegan nutella (chocolate paste) For those who would like something a little more sweet, try this yummy toast. Toast which has been soaked in a batter of pumpkin, cinnamon and milk, served straight from the pan sprinkled with cinnamon & coconut sugar. TA/ NF/ SF/ SOYF 4.00 THE GREEN MACHINE - SUPER YOGI SMOOTHIE BOWL Yogi or no yogi this bowl is delicious and full of nutrition: banana based with fresh spinach and super food powder: spirulina topped with chia seeds. (GF bread available on request) TA/GF/ NF/ SF 7.00 MORNING HUG- QUINOA COCONUT PORRIDGE For those who would like something a little warm and soothing for their breakfast try this breakfast option, beautiful organic and super fluffy quinoa cooked in coconut milk & sprinkled with roasted coconut and agave. 3 Flour-free Buckwheat Pancake These pancakes are something different. Made from buckwheat kernels, not using any flour whatsoever. It is a very healthy option for your breakfast. Baked in coconut oil (vey little) and sprinkled with a fresh berry sauce. Spinach leaves, pumpkin, carrot, chestnuts and almond feta with our home made dressing and a tiny little agave drizzle on the top. Available as a side salad or full salad. 5 SOUP OF THE MONTH: MERRY X-MAS! - ROASTED PAPRIKA SOUP So when we say Holiday Season we mean Holiday Season. This soup is a roasted Paprika soup so we really represent the red colour and the beauty and spice of this festive month, decorated with some broccoli Christmas trees. TA/ GF/ NF/ SF/SOYF 4.00 MAINS: HARE RA(J)MA! Indian rajma (black bean) burger This is a burger made from a traditional Indian dish (we served this for two months at the beginning of this year rather successfully) with many incredible flavours and lots of goodness to keep you warm and healthy. Onions, garlic, ginger, tomato, garam masala and black beans topped with a chutney dip. Served with a naan and side salad. (GF BREAD OPTION AVAILABLE) TA/ SF/ NF/ SOYF 7.50 KARMA SHOARMA DELUXE! Back on popular demand the karma shoarma wrap. And this month we are making a deluxe version adding some extra spice and colour to the tofu with red paprika, mushrooms, spinach and homemade tomato sauce. Spice up your life and create some good karma for yourself and the new year ahead with this lovely and yummy dish. Served with a tortilla wrap and tzatziki. This vegan version of the traditional meatloaf is without a doubt so much better we beet the meat with this one served with baked rosemary beet chips. The meatloaf is a loaf roasted in the oven and contains onion, celery, carrot, walnuts, nutritional yeast, tahini, herbs, spices and tomato sauce.
