1 Page 1 of Turtle Tree Seed Order Form Thank you for supporting the GBRSS biodynamic farming and gardening program by ordering your vegetable, herb, and flower seeds through Turtle Tree Seeds. Seed orders are due to the front desk by Wednesday, March 9 th. Your seeds will be available to pick up/travel home by April 4th. 1) Refer to the attached 2016 Turtle Tree Seed order form to select available seed varieties. Fill out the order form with seed selections and total money owed. Each seed packet costs $3.00. Once you have completed your order, transfer the total number of seed packets and total cost to this form below. The order form will be available in the main school building along with Turtle Tree Seed catalogues. You will also find the order form online at Please include your name at the top of the order form. 2) For a detailed description of available seeds please visit the seed variety description online at The seed varieties available for this program are listed on the order form. If you see other varieties in the catalogue that are not on the form, you must order those directly from Turtle Tree Seed.
