There is no easy way around it. It is not the Festival per say that ties up traffic in this other wise very rural county. It is the roadside yard sales. It is just not the every other house variety yard sales either. It is the every available pull off, any flat ground and one mega open pasture yard sales that has every Tom, Dick and Henrietta slow down to car window shop, pull in and pull out without regard to us normal folk that just wants to go home.
