WELCOME TO Domaine Laguille Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, the family Estate is located in the heart of the Bas Armagnac, near Eauze, capital par excellence of the oldest brandy in France, if not in the world. This small region of Gers, in the middle of Gascony, has a rich architectural and gourmet heritage, and a long wine tradition dating back to the Gallo-Roman period. From generation to generation, two families have written the domain s history, animated by the same passion of wine. Today, Colette and Guy VIGNOLI perpetuate this savoir-faire, these traditions, and produce Bas Armagnac, Wines and Floc de Gascogne in their own image. Under oceanic influence, our climate (in springtime sometimes stormy, sometimes dry, in warm summer without heat wave, and with fresh nights from the end of August) brings us premature grape harvests to make very fresh, fruity and elegant dry white wines. Then the summer keeps lazy until October, and the harvest can sometimes stretch until November : this allows us to produce also soft and sweet wines, giving a perfect balance between sugar and freshness, with a wide aromatic palette. Today, the Estate covers 64ha of vineyards. Domaine Laguille also has a beautiful collection of Bas Armagnacs, which grows every year with the distillation of a new vintage. The family has its own traditional Armagnac alambic, making Domaine Laguille one of the only Single Estate Armagnacs. Always in search for evolution and adaptability, the Domain has set new challenges, with the choice of setting up a system of traceability going from the parcel to the customer. The creation of this traceability procedures is the outcome of a more complete approach of quality introduced a few years ago with targeted investments (thermo-regulated wine vats, air-conditioned storage, labelling chains). Domaine Laguille is equipped with a high-performance and modern production tool enabling better work conditions and sustainable processes. As one of its latest challenges, Domaine Laguille has invested in renewable energies with the installation of photovoltaic panels on wooden buildings: today the Domain produces more energy than it uses... From the production to the vinification, from the distillation to the aging of the Armagnacs, from the bottling of the wines to their marketing: all these steps are made at the Estate to guarantee the authenticity and the quality of our products. All the team and the family invite you to share a moment of conviviality and indulgence with an on-site tasting of the Domain s products...

CÔTES DE GASCOGNE 40 YEARS OF HISTORY The Côtes de Gascogne wines have an incredible history due to their remarkable development in just 40 years. Originally, winegrowers in Gascony mostly dedicated their activity to the production of Armagnac. The vineyard grape varieties of Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco thus served initially for the distillation of the Gascon eau-de-vie. At the beginning of the 1970s, they looked to diversify their production. For this, they transformed the Armagnac vineyard, accentuating the part of grape varieties that can be used for dual purposes (wines of drinking quality and wines for distillation) like Colombard and Ugni-Blanc. Collectively, the Gascon winegrowers restructured the vineyard that included the control of yields and low temperature fermentation. The identity of the Côtes de Gascogne wines has grown throughout the course of their development. They remain anchored to the indigenous and oceanic varietals that give them their unique character of fresh, light and particularly fruity wines. They have forged a place for themselves in the world of wine due to the dynamism of the producers. They have established themselves as one of the most exported french white wines around the world and gained international recognition. GRAPES : A UNEQUALLED PALETTE BASED ON INDIGENOUS VARIETIES More than anywhere else in the southwest of France, the oceanic varieties and those originating from the foothills of the Pyrenees are naturally implanted in the Côtes de Gascogne vineyard. The wines are the result of subtle blends combining local grapes (Colombard, Gros Manseng, Sauvignon in white and Tannat in red) and internationally renowned varieties. domaine COLOMBARD, a typically oceanic variety. Colombard only likes to grow on the gascon soils where it willingly and generously bestows great citrus aromas and exotic fruit that distinguish it from all the others : grapefruit, passion fruit, mango, pineapple. This is the flagship grape of the Côtes de Gascogne, representing half of the white grapes planted and it is the base of most dry white blends. UGNI-BLANC, long devoted to the production of Armagnac, makes dry white Côtes de Gascogne wines and is blended with Colombard where the aromatic strength of this fiery grape can be distinguished with floral notes of violet and acacia flowers. GROS MANSENG is blended with Colombard and Ugni- Blanc to bring structure and aromas of quince and apricot. The Manseng (Gros and Petit) are the base for soft and sweet Côtes de Gascogne wines characterised by a superb balance between sugar and acidity with incomparable freshness. SAUVIGNON, Gascon style, produces very aromatic white wines. The producers associate it with Colombard, Ugni- Blanc and Gros Manseng to give roundness and complexity. MERLOT completes the aromatic palette of the red or rosé Côtes de Gascogne with notes of black fruits (cherry, blackberry) and a touch of spice. It brings roundness and strength to the wines and is mostly used in blends. The CABERNETS (Franc and Sauvignon) are used in the Côtes de Gascogne reds and rosés. They are appreciated for their perfumes of raspberry, redcurrant and violet. The reds are supple with little tannin.

Armagnac, a history and a character The name Armagnac appears for the first time in history towards the mid-tenth century, at that time designating a certain land given after a good battle to one of Clovis knights called «Hermann», a land where the vine was cultivated from the 1st century of our era. The spirit made in the Armagnac region is the oldest in the world. From the 14th century it was used as a medicine. Only from the mid-seventeenth century will the Gascon spirit be matured in oak casks in the Armagnac region. Combining wine distillation and oak wood creates a true appellation known under the prestigious name of Armagnac. In 1905, the Fallieres Decree determines the 3 terroirs authorised for the production of Armagnac (Bas Armagnac, Armagnac-Ténarèze and Haut Armagnac) and in 1936 the Armagnac production is given an AOC (Appellation d Origine Contrôlée). Today Armagnac remains an artisanal spirit, which reflects the personality of the people who make it. Its specificities, be it the diversity of grapes that can be used (4 main grape varieties : Ugni blanc, Baco, Colombard and Folle Blanche), or the endemic distillation methods (with the traditional Armagnac continuous alambic), make of Armagnac one of the purest form of craft spirits, yet still to be discovered... OUR SAVOIR-FAIRE Our soils, with tawny sands and light boulbenes on fresh and wooded valleys, produce premium spirits. This terroir is the authentic heart of Armagnac, which produces the best eaux-de-vie, and the vines of the Domain are located around Eauze, Capital of the Armagnac region. The grape harvest, the vinification, the distillation of our white wines by our own alambic, the aging and the bottling have all been made and controlled by ourselves for several generations. Thus, we can offer a wide range of Armagnacs, ranging from 2 to 49 years old, aged in local oak casks. They are only bottled upon order to guarantee the authenticity and the quality of our products. Some are vintages, others are blends of one or several distillations. For each Armagnac vintage, the year of the harvest is written on the label, and, given that Armagnac only ages in wood, the bottling date is set on each bottle, even for the blends. Since 2005, the INAO (the National Institute of Origin and Quality) recognizes a new appellation of controlled origin : Blanche Armagnac. Blanche Armagnac, which we also produce at Domaine Laguille, is a spirit coming from the same soil and upon the same production decree as Armagnac. Unlike the latter, it is bred and kept in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruit aromas and its crystal clear appearance. Unique case among the AOC spirits, each lot is controlled by the Armagnac ODG (regulating office), allowing the use of the Blanche Armagnac appellation name for each production, every year.

BLANCHE ARMAGNAC 42% vol. BLANCHE ARMAGNAC, young A.O.C «Appellation d Origine Contrôlée», is a traditional eau-de-vie from the land of Armagnac that was born in 2005 from a desire driven by the producers that were used to keeping back a part of their freshly distilled eau-de-vie for their personal needs, normally related to the pleasures of the table. Coming from the same terroir as l Armagnac, it benefits from the age-old savoir-faire of distillation. The major difference with its big amber coloured brother is that Blanche Armagnac is a white spirit full of fruit and freshness. Specific methods of vinification and selection of distillate will reveal particular floral and fruity aromas. In order to preserve its aromas and its crystal clear appearance, it is put into inert containers. During the maturation, the producer works the eau-de-vie and gradually lowers its alcohol strength to highlight its fruity aromas and roundness in the mouth. Text and pictures are not contractually binding. Finally and uniquely in the world of AOC eaux-de-vie, there is a compulsory quality control by batch that will authorise its commercialisation, making Blanche Armagnac AOC a technical product adhering to strict standards and of the highest quality. Appellation : AOC Blanche Armagnac Characteristics and tasting : A highly fruity and smooth Blanche. The nose is very aromatic, with grape notes and floral convolutions. The attack is subtle and fresh, and the mouth is round and ample. Very long finish. A very good base for cocktails, which will bring to the creations character and fruitiness. SINGLE ESTATE ARMAGNAC

PRESS RELEASE Eauze, 17th March 2017 DOMAINE LAGUILLE LAUNCHES A NEW RANGE OF ARMAGNACS IN SMALL BATCHES. Domaine Laguille, a family-owned traditional estate which produces Bas Armagnacs and Côtes de Gascogne wines, will unveil at ProWein a new series of 6 Armagnacs, a Blanche, three blends and two vintages in limited edition, emerging from the traditional codes of the appellation both in the content and in the container. Domaine Laguille, producer of Armagnac and wines in Eauze in the Gers, has been experiencing a small revolution for several months: after reinforcing its team in the cellar and the commercial, after reviewing all of its communications starting with the packaging of its range of wines and traditional armagnacs, Domaine Laguille will now launch a new series including 3 blends and 2 vintages (the birth years of Colette and Guy Vignoli s two daughters), all in small batches and in numbered bottles, as well as a Blanche Armagnac in the same format, at the ProWein trade fair. Thinking outside the Armagnac box "Armagnac has always been a craft spirit, elaborated from a know-how transmitted from father to son (or daughter...)", explains Guy Vignoli. "But even with these traditional methods, if you try to understand the intrinsic nature of the product, you can make them very modern spirits, worked in the quintessence of the aromas. " And this is what Colette and Guy Vignoli did on these six limited series: armagnacs, of which each batch (or cask) delivers the pure nature of its terroir, and every stage of its elaboration is carefully controlled, from vineyard to ageing, through a rigorous vinification and a slow distillation conducted with the estate sown alambic in order to obtain an optimal organoleptic quality. Innovative also in the packaging This new range offers a return to the roots, very contemporary, that mixes a touch of modernity even in the container: an Oslo bottle (Saverglass) 50cl with a beech cork and a real wooden label, born from the latest innovations of the French printing houses. Juxtaposed with a white tag which specifies all the details of the product, including the date of bottling that will appear on each bottle, this unusual packaging plays on the contrast, and reveals a true originality. The Small Batch range of Domaine Laguille is therefore a true ode to modernity, while paying tribute to the history of an estate, a savoir-faire, an appellation. 3 ANS SMALL BATCH - FÛT N bottles - 45% VOL. 50CL RRP (France) = 35 TTC 1992 BRUT DE FUT - FÛT N bottles % VOL. 50CL - RRP (France) = 74 TTC 10 ANS SMALL BATCH - FÛT N bottles - 45% VOL. 50CL - RRP (France) = 49 TTC 1988 BRUT DE FUT - FÛT N bottles % VOL. 50CL - RRP (France) = 84 TTC 20 ANS SMALL BATCH - FÛT N bottles - 45% VOL. 50CL - RRP (France) = 68 TTC BLANCHE ARMAGNAC bottles - 45% VOL. 50CL - RRP (France) = 27 TTC DOMAINE LAGUILLE Contact for Press : Bas Armagnacs Vins Côtes de Gascogne Floc de Gascogne Sandra Lemaréchal Laguille, Saint Amand EAUZE (France) sandra@laguille.com +33 (0) contact@laguille.com domainelaguille

DID YOU KNOW? Lou Floc in Occitan means bouquet of flowers. The Armagnac used in it gives delicate aromas of violets, rose and plum blossom. FLOC DE GASCOGNE AOP WHAT IS FLOC DE GASCOGNE? Floc de Gascogne is a soft and pleasant aperitif made from a traditional recipe from the 16th century: a subtle marriage between 2/3 of fresh grape juice and 1/3 of young Armagnac coming from the same property. WHEN TO DRINK IT? White or red, it should be drunk very chilled on its own as an aperitif, in a cocktail, as a digestive or throughout a meal. Floc de Gascogne goes very well with foies gras, cheese, fruit or chocolate desserts and when used in cooking it will release all of its aromas. 25 YEARS AS AN OFFICIAL LABEL OF QUALITY Floc de Gascogne gets its personality from the diversity of grape varieties used to make it and the savoir-faire of the winemakers that produce it. It obtained its AOC status (Appellation d Origine Contrôlée) in The AOC certifies that Floc de Gascogne comes from a delimited production zone and that its production meets the criteria of strict specifications. Conforming to European regulations, since 2009 it has POD status (Protected Designation of Origin). A STORY OF UNIQUE VARIETIES White Floc de Gascogne takes an aromatic finesse and fruitiness with citrus notes from COLOMBARD; from the UGNI-BLANC its acidic freshness and aromas of dried fruits; from the GROS MANSENG its fruity roundness. With a bright yellow colour, the white Floc de Gascogne has a powerful bouquet with rich and ripe aromas. In the mouth it is well structured, round and lively. Red Floc de Gascogne uses traditional varieties: CABERNET SAUVIGNON that brings complex perfumes of red fruits; CABERNET FRANC its aromas of raspberries; MERLOT brings roundness in the mouth. With a beautiful ruby red colour, red Floc de Gascogne is more full-bodied and robust than its white counterpart. Its aromas remind us of a basket of red fruits that is full and smooth in the mouth. It is the quality of the Armagnac used that will characterise the aromatic richness of the Floc de Gascogne. Its floral aromas (violet, rose and plum blossom) give all its originality to the product.

WHITE & RED FLOC DE GASCOGNE 16,5% vol. This aperitif wine «Lou Floc de Nouste», which means «bouquet of our flowers», was made by Gascony winemakers already in the sixteenth century. We choose the best young Armagnac distilled in our own Armagnac alambic for its fruitiness, softness in the mouth and the intensity of its aromas. The Floc de Gascogne is then kept during ten months before being bottled and submitted to an approval committee prior to selling it. Floc de Gascogne can exclusively be labeled in the bottle. Grape varieties : White : 50 % of Colombard for its aromatic delicacy 30 % of Ugni blanc for its coolness and acidity 20 % of Gros Manseng for its fullness and fruitiness Red : 40 % of Merlot for its sweetness 30 % of Cabernet-Franc for its raspberry aromas 30 % of Cabernet-Sauvignon for its red berries Appellation : AOP Floc de Gascogne Text and pictures are not contractually binding. Vinification : Our Floc de Gascogne results from a subtle blend of 2/3 fresh unfermented grape juice and 1/3 young Armagnac, produced by vines of the property. The grapes are all picked at full maturity and are subjected to rigorous quality controls at the time of the harvest. Tasting : White : Very delicate nose, very intense aromas of exotic fruits and a sensation of the grapes natural fruitiness. Generous on the palate, very fruity and cool. Red : Intense nose of red berries and spices. Soft and full on the palate, no heaviness, only pleasure. Serving ideas : Very much appreciated as an aperitif, the White Floc de Gascogne can also be tasted well iced with an accompaniment of a duck or goose foie gras, or a Parmentier of a confit of duck. It also goes perfectly with a sheep cheese or an apricots entremets. The Red Floc de Gascogne can also be tasted with an accompaniment of a melon, a foie gras and its julienne of leeks, a crème brûlée, or even a chocolate cake. The Floc de Gascogne can be drunk plain as an aperitif, or in a more modern version, as a cocktail fresh and fruity. Serve very fresh at 6 8 C. Keep in the refregirator after opening. Screw caps only
