1 Relatório Mercado: Noruega Discover & Taste Portugal Buyer delegation Norway- Comitiva da Restauração e Jornalistas da Noruega a 11 de Maio de 2017 SUMÁRIO EXECUTIVO: GESTÃO DE PROJECTO: Agência: Bistro Gestores de Projeto da agência: Anna Olsson e Olivier Fauvel Gestor de Projeto ViniPortugal: Inês Pinto OBJECTIVOS: Tem como principal objectivo alargar a distribuição de Vinhos Portugueses na restauração Norueguesa, Criar e manter interesse dos compradores-sommeleiers do canal HORECA em relação à Wines of Portugal; Promover sinergias com profissionais chaves do canal HORECA/Sommeliers para aumentar as listagens de Vinhos Portugueses nos restaurantes Encorajar a decisão de compra de vinhos portugueses; Promover sinergias com os elementos do canal de modo a aumentar a visibilidade da marca Wines of Portugal no Mercado da Noruega; Proporcionar uma visita a Quintas de produtores ao longo do país de forma a informar os potenciais compradores, relativamente aos pontos fortes do vinho português, como e onde é produzido, a sua variedade de castas e sobre as suas características únicas para que sejam capazes de promover de forma verdadeira e distinta o vinho de Portugal. 2 BREVE DESCRIÇÃO DO EVENTO: Viagem elucidativa de Sommeliers-compradores Horeca da Noruega a Portugal para explorar a diversidade das regiões vinícolas e dos vinhos portugueses de forma criar contactos entre estes e os produtores no sentido de alargar a distribuição do vinho português na restauração da Noruega. Regiões visitadas: Península de Setúbal; Alentejo; Lisboa; Dão; Bairrada; Porto & Douro; Vinho Verde. In summer, 300 terraced spaces on two heights with a breathtaking view and a unique historical setting. 3 Mrs. Ragnhild WRIGHT OUSLAND Astral Restaurant (Oslo) Newly opened, located on Lilleborg in Oslo, in the Torshov area, Astral is the new place for Chef Steffen Hansen who has previously held the same role at Grefsenkollen and Vaaghals. It is clear that the level of ambition is high where an eight course tasting menu is the only option and consistant remarquable wine list with already Portuguese references. 4 M. Andreas PEDERSEN Lysebu Restaurant (Oslo) With its very attractive wine list, awarded by the Wine Spectator, as early as 1997, Lysebu was awarded the title of Best wine list in Norway. The judges decision stated: An impressive wine list enviable and user-friendly low mark-up good breadth and great vintages from excellent producers. 5 M Martin WILLASSEM - Klosteret Restaurant (Oslo) Martin.willassen@gmail.com The restaurant Klosteret was established the 1st of November 1992 and is located in a building from What used to be industrial premises and waffle bakery is now a restaurant with unique atmosphere lit up with hundreds of candles. Here you can choose from the chef s set menu, 3-, 5- and 6-courses or from our A la carte menu. The menus follow the seasons and produce available. They have a rich wine list, with maybe the best choice of Portuguese wines (especially for the dessert wines) and the sommeliers are happy to help you with suggestions that suits both your wallet and choice of menu. 8 AVALIAÇÃO DO EVENTO: Pontos fortes: Diversidade de regiões e produtores visitados; No geral, houve bom feedback sobre os produtores e quintas visitadas; No geral, muito bom feedback sobre os restaurantes e hotéis escolhidos; Convidados mencionaram que a viagem foi muito bem organizada e planeada. Os convidados mostraram muito entusiasmo e interesse em todas as visitas realizadas tomando sempre notas e colocando diversas questões aos vários produtores. RECOMENDAÇÕES E ASPECTOS FUTUROS A CONSIDERAR: Era importante ter mais tempo livre para absorver melhor a cultura e história portuguesa. A experiência esperada é tanto sobre o vinho como sobre a vida no país. COMENTÁRIOS DOS PRODUTORES: Francisco B. Small producers/winemakers is what we are looking for. Sommeliers and "high end restaurants" in Norway look almost always for wines for good prices. So the big winemakers was a bit of a test for me. We want it small and real. I also think that the big producers in Portugal doesn't need more advertising. But the small ones do!! Andrea Maroniak: "Fantastic trip! Hotels were great, good food and the best private driver! Sofial also made the trip interesting, fun and perfectly planned.
