2 BREVE DESCRIÇÃO DO EVENTO: Viagem elucidativa de Sommeliers-compradores Horeca da Noruega a Portugal para explorar a diversidade das regiões vinícolas e dos vinhos portugueses de forma criar contactos entre estes e os produtores no sentido de alargar a distribuição do vinho português na restauração da Noruega. Regiões visitadas: Península de Setúbal; Alentejo; Lisboa; Dão; Bairrada; Porto & Douro; Vinho Verde. Público-alvo: Sommeliers-Compradores Horeca Convidados-BIOS : Mrs. Andrea MARIONAK Festningen Restaurant (Oslo) andrea@festningenrestaurant.no The Festningen restaurant opened on 16 October 2013 in the old prison of the Akershus fortress which dates from With a panoramic view of the Oslo Fjord, Aker Brygge and around the town hall, Festningen is a brewery Rustic in a charming setting, offering a space for 190 people in total and two magnificent kitchens. In summer, 300 terraced spaces on two heights with a breathtaking view and a unique historical setting. The restaurant offers a superb wine list including some Portuguese references and their suitability in gastronomy. Food allergies: None
3 Mrs. Ragnhild WRIGHT OUSLAND Astral Restaurant (Oslo) Newly opened, located on Lilleborg in Oslo, in the Torshov area, Astral is the new place for Chef Steffen Hansen who has previously held the same role at Grefsenkollen and Vaaghals. It is clear that the level of ambition is high where an eight course tasting menu is the only option and consistant remarquable wine list with already Portuguese references. In a rustic buildings along the Aker River industrialized eastern bank, guests sipped in themselves the last drops of their glass Portuguese dessert wine - a full-bodied and sweet Moscatel de Setubal. 4 M. Andreas PEDERSEN Lysebu Restaurant (Oslo) With its very attractive wine list, awarded by the Wine Spectator, as early as 1997, Lysebu was awarded the title of Best wine list in Norway. The judges decision stated: An impressive wine list enviable and user-friendly low mark-up good breadth and great vintages from excellent producers. So is Lysebu an exceptional place for its sommelier and restaurant manager Mr. Pedersen. Always open-minded, the idea is to show him that the great wines of Portugal are among the wines worthy of the Lysebu cellar and to put more often to the wine menu, the great cuvees of the region. Food allergies: none Mrs. Anna LÖFVENIUS- Vaaghals (Oslo) Vaaghals is a meeting place between unique Norwegian and flavourful ingredients and international dishes. The meals are served exactly the way you imagine serving them to your friends. A communal meal in old Norwegian tradition called a skifte, or a sharing of the blessings of the table where food is put on the table and passed around. the kitchen. Here you can choose from the chef s set menu, 3-, 5- and 6-courses or from our A la carte menu. The menus follow the seasons and produce available. They have a rich wine list, with maybe the best choice of Portuguese wines (especially for the dessert wines) and the sommeliers are happy to help you with suggestions that suits both your wallet and choice of menu. Os convidados mostraram muito entusiasmo e interesse em todas as visitas realizadas tomando sempre notas e colocando diversas questões aos vários produtores. RECOMENDAÇÕES E ASPECTOS FUTUROS A CONSIDERAR: Era importante ter mais tempo livre para absorver melhor a cultura e história portuguesa. Small producers/winemakers is what we are looking for. Sommeliers and "high end restaurants" in Norway look almost always for wines for good prices. So the big winemakers was a bit of a test for me. We want it small and real. I also think that the big producers in Portugal doesn't need more advertising. But the small ones do!! Andrea Maroniak: "Fantastic trip!
