6 wedding ceremonies INDOOR CEREMONY: In the North Hall or the West $750 room rental. 3:30 or 4:00pm start times. DEPOSIT SCHEDULE: o $1, deposit is due with the signed contract. o 40% of the Expected bill is due 6 months prior to the event. o 14 days in advance of the date, the guarantee number is due. o 3 days prior to the event, your final payment and floor plan is due. SOCAN & RESOUND represent the music copy-write fees that apply to the venue licensing. $63.49 Socan and $26.63 Resound plus HST. There is no Ipod hook-up to the Cardinal Golf Club microphone system. If you are bringing in your own DJ or entertainer, they need to bring in own docking station and speakers or we can arrange it at extra charge.
