18 General Information Page DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your event total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of initial deposit is $500. A non refundable 25% of proposal is due 90 days after the contract is signed. 90 days before your event, half payment is due. 10 days prior to the event final balance is due. EVENT MINIMUMS: All events held at Battleground are subject to meet a contracted food & beverage minimum expenditure requirement which varies due to date, time and size of the event. Minimums do not include service charge, state sales tax, or rental fees. FINAL GUEST GUARANTEE: Final guest count and selections for ordering, staffing and billing purposes are due no later than 10 business days prior to the event. If no final details or count are received, the menu will be chef s choice and we will base our order on the initial estimated agreement. EVENT HOURS: Six hours are included in a standard event package for ceremony starting at 6pm and reception ending at midnight. If the party goes on past midnight additional charges will be applicable. Set up begins at 3pm (3pm guaranteed, if no other event is taking place, the Catering Sales Director will
