Place 3-4 in the skillet at a time, and cook until lightly brown Use a lid to avoid splattering oil Child s Process: Place wrapper on a working tray with points up and out to the side like a diamond Fill egg roll wrapper with vegetables Wrap it up Take the bottom point of your wrap and fold it over top of the filling Fold the sides in towards the middle and roll the filling towards the top point of the wrapper Seal the egg roll by brushing a little bit of the egg across the fold of the wrapper Provide a few flavors of dipping sauce.
