In the kitchen, I let my ideas, food passion and creativity flow, and I promise you some gastronomic experiences in our restaurant and our very attractive surroundings. 2 Buffet Restaurant Freja s buffet 169,- Children 3-11 years 84,- Baby 0-2 years 49,- In regards to our capacity in the kitchen, many weekends and the entire school holiday, there will only be served buffet, in the evenings at Restaurant Freja. The buffet is made after the chef s mood, but always with the seasonal ingredients. There is both starters, - often in nice little portions -, and maybe a soup. There is different kinds of meat, potatoes, salads and homemade bread. And since we often have the little ones here as well, we also have special courses especially made for them, and easy to eat with the fingers.

Trebbiano D`Abruzzo Abruzzo Terre D`Aligi, Italy 239,- Light, fresh and charming white wine on the Trebbiano-grape. Bright hay-yellow color with green nuances. Enchanting flowerly scent, with low tones of citrus, pear, apple and piquant green herbs. Pleasantly dry and minerally aftertaste.

14 Red wines Chianti DOCG Renzo Masi, Toscana, Italy 199,- The color is an intense ruby-red, the scent is characterized by fresh fruits and flowers. The taste is soft and balanced with good density and silk-like texture. Cantolio, Urceus, Primitivo di Manduria, 219,- Puglia, Italy Sun-ripened south Italian with a dense and juicy bouquet of black berries, creates a lovely balance with long-lasting aftertaste. Conte di Campione Sangiovese, Emilia 229,- Romagna, Italy This Sangiovese Rubicone is a delicious red wine with violet reflections, a delicate fruitlike wine, with notes of Blackcurrant. The taste is well-balanced, warm and elegant.

A wine with nice density and a long-lasting aftertaste.

Aromatic, characteristic and scented with hints of fresh candied fruit. On the palate, it is sweet and soft, with a finish that renders the fresh flavor of grapes.
