4 Winter Wonderland Party Night Dance the night away with Risley Hall Hotel s Winter Wonderland Party Nights. Arrive at 7pm with a festive welcome, enjoy a sumptuous 3 course Christmas meal and then dance the night away with our fantastic resident DJ. Concludes 12:30am Our party nights are held on Friday and Saturday nights throughout December and prices start from 24.95, please see our calendar of events on page three for full details. Make a night of it and stay over with our exclusive party night rates. Stay for just 35 per person, based on two people sharing, (in a Manor House room), or upgrade to a suite for an extra 10 per person, including breakfast single person supplement is applicable for sole occupancy bedrooms.

10 New Years Eve Celebrate New Year as a Family at Risley Hall Hotel This year why not bring the whole Family to enjoy the Festive Fun at our Risley Hall Hotel New Years Eve Extravaganza. Leave the babysitter at home and come and enjoy our Children s interactive Entertainer/DJ, where the little ones will receive sweets, treats and fun leaving Parents and Grandparents to sit back, relax and watch the fun. The evening will commence at 7pm, with the Children s Finger Buffet served at 7.30, followed by a delicious Adults Hot and Cold Buffet at 8pm. Bring the New Year in at midnight with carriages at 12.30am. Adults Per Person, Children Per Child (3-12yrs), Under 3 s are free.

12 Residential Christmas Package Enjoy a tranquil and relaxing Christmas enjoying our Peace and Quiet Christmas break. Relax around the open fires or perhaps enjoy a leisurely stroll around the grounds. CHRISTMAS EVE Arrive from 3pm, settle in and then indulge in a delicious cream tea in the Drawing Room with its warming open fire. In the evening enjoy dinner by candlelight in Abbey s Restaurant. CHRISTMAS DAY Merry Christmas! A delicious full English breakfast will be served in the restaurant. From midday enjoy a glass of Fizz before your traditional 5 course Christmas Lunch complete with hats, crackers and table novelties. Listen to the Queen s Speech in the Drawing Room. This evening relax with a hot and cold buffet. BOXING DAY Start the day with a full English breakfast before taking in local sights such as Matlock Bath or head for the sales! A roaring fire awaits your return with tea and mince pies followed by a farewell candlelit dinner. DECEMBER 27TH Enjoy your final hearty English breakfast and we will bid you a fond farewell. 13 Booking Terms & Conditions Your provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 10 days pending receipt of written confirmation and deposit using the form provided, after which time the booking may be released. Non-residential reservations require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per person. Residential reservations require a per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Please note, that if requested, a bedroom with a double bed cannot be guaranteed, we reserve the right to allocate either a double, or twin beds. Children under 16 attending events and/or staying overnight must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Full pre-payment with final numbers are required a minimum of 14 days prior to your function/stay, or the 21st November 2019, whichever is the earliest, after which time no reduction to numbers can be made. All payments must be settled as a whole through the organiser and not by the individuals. All monies are non-refundable. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Please note, additional terms and condition may apply. Pre-selection of your meal is required. If no choice is given, menu choice will be at the discretion of the Chef. If you need to change your arrangements, please contact us in writing and we will do our utmost to accommodate your amendments. We would appreciate wines and accommodation to be pre-ordered and prepaid to ensure availability. Party organisers or company representatives will be liable for any misconduct by their guests that results in damage to the property of the hotel or its associated assets. Management reserve the right to refuse admission. All drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased from the hotel. When dancing during a function drinks are not permitted on the dance floor. Guests are asked to behave in a responsible manner and to dress appropriately. Unacceptable behaviour from any guest will not be tolerated and management may ask guests to leave the premises. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages. For the safety and comfort of all our guests and to prevent noise disturbance, post event parties may not be held in any of the guest bedrooms. The hotel reserve the right to transfer a party to an alternative room should existing confirmed numbers increase or decrease and to alter and amend any of the contents enclosed. The company reserves the right to cancel any event should the booking fail to read minimum numbers. In such cases the organiser will be given at least 10 days notice and a full refund for the amount of monies paid will be made, or alternative dates offered (prices may change given the party night date).
