2 ELITE WEDDING PACKAGE Package Price $114 per guest Ceremony Staffing Fee $850 Non-Ceremony Staffing Fee $175 EVENT NECESSITIES Our wedding package includes standard table linens and cloth napkins, china, flatware and stemware. ELITE OPEN BAR Our bar package includes top shelf liquor, wines by the glass, sparkling wine and a selection of bottled beer. To accommodate you and your guests, the bar will be open throughout dinner as well as wine service offered tableside. A glass of bubbly for all to toast the newly married couple or have it flowing by the glass at the bar! No wedding is complete without some sparkling wine! COCKTAIL HOUR As your guests gather together during cocktail hour, they will enjoy a variety of six (6) hors d oeuvres hand passed by our staff. Our culinary staff will also prepare a table of assorted fine cheeses, cured meats, savory compotes & tapenades for guests to help themselves to. DINNER SERVICE Our Executive Chef has chosen menu items to please any palate made from the freshest and locally sourced ingredients. It is your decision whether you would like to offer a plated, buffet or family style meal for your guest to enjoy during dinner hour. DESSERT & COFFEE A wedding cake is included as part of your package. You will have the choice of working with either Creative Cakes by Donna or Kim s Cottage Confections. Locally Roasted Coffee and Herbal Teas are served alongside this display. PERSONAL SERVICE & STAFFING Throughout your engagement we will work with you to guide and assist you in organizing the details for your big day. During your wedding, our Event Captain will be on site to ensure every detail runs flawlessly, along with our professional and seasoned service staff, bartenders and chefs. Our main responsibility for the evening is to anticipate your every need. As the couple of the day, you are assigned a personal server whose sole responsibility is to be at your call throughout the reception. Kick back and truly enjoy the good times! WELCOME TASTING Riverhouse Catering understands how important food and flavors are to you and yours. We hold group tastings throughout the year in which you are invited to attend. Please contact us to inquire about our tasting schedule. PAYMENTS & GUARANTEES Any weddings booked over 20 months out are potentially subject to no more than a 5% increase. Prices are subject to 22% Service Fees & CT State Sales Taxes. Guest minimums apply subject to selected venue and wedding date. A nonrefundable payment of $2, is due at the signing of the contract. 25% of the final bill is due six (6) months prior to the function and 25% is due three (3) months prior to the function. The remaining balance is due in full two (2) weeks prior to the function. A cashier s check or money order is requested for final payment. The guarantee of guest counts and meal choices are due two (2) weeks prior to the function. The count given two (2) weeks prior to the function is the number that will be charged, if over the minimum guarantee. Menu Selections are subject to change.
