If not with the All Inclusive Wedding Package you can still use Event A La Carte Menu Selections to choose your 3 course wedding breakfast. Or Full Hot or Cold buffet (select from Buffet Menu Selections ions) Vegetarian and other special meals will be accommodated separately at your request. If the number of guests is below this number, we can advise on the room hire cost. Please see Lunches and Dinners page for all information regarding holding a Buffet at the Beachcroft. 7 TERMS & CONDITIONS 2014/15 Thank you for your valued enquiry regarding an Event or a Meeting at the Best Western Beachcroft Hotel. Without a deposit, prices are subject to alteration at any time without prior notice Deposit To confirm your booking we require a deposit of for a Wedding and for most other events. If functions are booked more than 6 months in advance prices may go up in line with inflation, but will not exceed 10%. Payment for Weddings We will invoice you 4 weeks prior to your wedding based upon your latest requirements. This must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the wedding. Any extra items required in the remaining 3 weeks must be paid for on the day of amendment by credit card. Payment for All Other Functions Payment for all other functions is on the day of the event. Cancellations In the unfortunate event of you cancelling your function we regret that the deposit is not refundable and that we may have to charge you the following cancellation fees: Cancellation between 6 12 weeks up to 50% of the total revenue Cancellation between 1 to 6 weeks up to 75% of the total revenue Less than 7 days the total amount of revenue Numbers We will need to know the number of guests attending, adults and children, two weeks prior to the date and can accept minor adjustments up to 48 hours beforehand. Service We do include 1.50 per person for Service, which is paid directly to all staff concerned. Disabled Guests We ask that suitable provision be made to ensure the safety and comfort of any disabled guest by way of a responsible carer. At the time of printing, Beachcroft Hotels Ltd do not have a disabled toilet. Noise May we respectfully remind you to ensure that your guests behave with consideration to our hotel residents and neighbours, especially when vacating the premises. Due to previous unfortunate incidents regarding noise levels we are unable to accommodate guest discotheques and bands. Our bar and disco close at midnight. Fire As with all venues it is the responsibility of the guest to familiarise themselves with emergency exits. In the unlikely event of a fire, or other emergency please follow the instructions given to you by a member of staff. Room Hire There may be a room hire charge dependant on numbers for events and also wedding package chosen. For all other functions 2.00 Room Hire per person is included in the Menu prices. Accommodation for Weddings We are only able to offer a total of 4 rooms (including the Bridal Suite) for 1 nights accommodation on Saturday evenings. All other reservations must be for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. At certain times of the year this number may be increased.
