5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS ADMISSION POLICY All kids below the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by adults at all times during the visit. Strictly no re-entry allowed for kids. Adults are not allowed inside the role-play establishments unless escorted by Rakan Riang Pte Ltd (RRPL) s authorised representative. School groups must admit and depart at the same time. Strictly no staggering admission and departure. BOOKING PROCEDURES Please send in the Completed booking form via to learn@kidzania.com.sg at least 14 calendar days before the visit date. (Eg. Completed booking form sent on 1 st July, the next available visit date would be 15 th July onwards) Bookings are subject to availability upon receiving the completed booking form. Confirmation of attendance and payment to be finalised at least 7 calendar days before the visit date. RRPL will not be able to process any last minute changes. Booking will be confirmed via upon receipt of full payment. Menu items are correct at time of print and subject to change without prior notice. Items listed in the menu cannot be interchanged with other items in any other menu options. Upon booking confirmation, strictly no cancellation or changes to the meals order. All confirmed visits and payment made are dated, non-refundable and not applicable for revalidation. Rates quoted in this booking are valid for advanced reservation only. For any additional pax / add-on purchase on day of visit, Walk-in/Published rates applies. Rates quoted are valid for visits from Monday to Friday only. (Exclude Saturday, Sunday, School Holidays & Public Holidays). The terms, conditions and rates quoted are subject to amendments and modifications at the sole and absolute discretion of RRPL, without prior notification. PAYMENT POLICIES Full payment has to be made at least 7 calendar days from the date of visit in order to secure the booking. Payment mode via cash, credit cards, cheque (payable to Rakan Riang Pte Ltd Group Sales) and bank transfer. CANCELLATION POLICIES For Cancellation less than 5 calendar days prior to the visit date, RRPL shall be entitled to forfeit any payment made, without prejudice to any other claim by RRPL for loss and damages. If full payment for the tickets is not received by RRPL in accordance with the prescribed timeline above, it shall be deemed that the client does not want to proceed with the booking and RRPL shall have the right to cancel the booking. New booking would be subject to availability.

6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS BRANDING GUIDELINES The client shall not make any use of the name KidZania Singapore and/or licensed trademarks, logos, names, tradename, colour combination, illustration, images, and/or of its respective partners, subsidiaries, related or affiliated companies without prior written approval from RRPL. Such approval may be withheld in the sole and absolute discretion of RRPL. WAIVER OF LIABILITY RRPL shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any loss, damage, injury (including personal injury), death and mishap of any student and/or teachers/accompanying adults. OPERATION The operating hours of KidZania Singapore is subject to changes without prior notice. In the event a School/Institution is late for the scheduled visit, please inform our coordinator to make prior arrangement. RRPL reserves its right to change any aspect of KidZania Singapore operation, including role-play activities and programs, and its right to close part of KidZania Singapore to facilitate maintenance, renovation or private events. All clients are advised to refer to or for the latest operating hours and event schedule. Outside food is strictly prohibited in KidZania Singapore.
