You may call or mail in your reservations. Please include the name of each person in your party and a complete mailing address for each person. Deposits may be mailed at any time. For day tours please mail the entire amount for each person. For multi-day tours, you may mail a $100 deposit per person and make payments for the remaining balance. Please adhere to the individual payment deadlines for over-night trips. All tours must be paid-in-full at least 30 days before departure unless noted otherwise. Please check as some tours have an earlier payment deadline and cancellation date. If Star Tours of Ohio cancels a tour, all monies received will be returned. You will be sent a final information letter for overnight, multi-day tours that will include the itinerary and times for departure and approximate return. This letter will be sent at least 7-10 days before departure. If you do not receive a letter, please call. Reservations and payments should be mailed to: Star Tours of Ohio, PO Box 624, Elmore, Ohio Cancellations 15 days before departure will receive all monies paid minus a $50 per person cancellation fee for day trips. There will be no monies returned 14 days or less before departure. Multi-day trips have their own payment due dates and return payment dates. Please check dates carefully. You may sell your seat with permission from Star Tours of Ohio. We are sorry, but funds cannot be returned for sickness or no shows. Unpaid and no shows will be removed from future tours. People who make a habit of canceling will be removed from all future trips. Trips not paid within 30 days of departure without prior arrangements will result in you being dropped from that tour. All itineraries are subject to change. Every attempt will be made to include all sites mentioned within the itinerary. At times, circumstances beyond our control such as lines, traffic, closures, weather and late arrivals can severely restrict timing and cause items to be excluded. Please know that all tours leave on time. Departure times and approximate return times can be found in the reservation book and should be noted when the book is passed on the bus. You should write down the departure times when the book is passed. If a tour is SOLD OUT, those making payment first will receive the seats. Other monies will be returned. We welcome guests with walkers and carts and ask that those guests consider extra tipping of the driver. Travelers who, for any reason, are not able to travel without assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is responsible for caring for their needs, including luggage. Please refrain from spraying perfumes and other scents while on the bus as this can interfere with people s allergies and other conditions.
